I love that you use real numbers as oppose to mock numbers and it makes it genuine and super helpful to those who are new to budgeting or need a refresher. I have been loving your series so much. Don’t stop !
Thank you, for being SO detailed and for using real numbers. I’ve been watching “budget video’s” for the last 6 months trying to find one that used weekly numbers as I don’t have a fixed income being a Hairstylist. I’d pretty much given up on finding a channel that I could not only follow for encouragement AND direction in how to get out of debt. I loved your Adult 101 series! In fact, I loved it so much that I’ve saved the whole thing after stumbling across it over the Christmas drive back home from my best friends in New Mexico. 😍😊 It totally gave me the courage to try again, that I CAN do this. That’s why this year (2019) I’m going to be implementing your 101 series. Thank you.
Simplicity! Finally! I have searched and looked at several videos prior to viewing yours. I'm looking for to starting my budget. Thanks for the information.
Thanks for this. I have the budget planner expansion pack, but it didn't work well for me. I needed everything in the same section instead of separate, however having a main page of everything is helpful. I did like that part of the planner. I followed along and created one like yours. I never wrote down totals or thought about my variable expenses. I hope this helps me get on track and get caught up.
Hello Alaina great video I will do my budget thank you so much 😊. I would like to know about sinking found I don’t understand what categories I need to use. Blessings
Alaina, love your videos. How do you go about reconciling your checking accounts. I currently use Quicken which makes it easy but I'm thinking paper budgeting would be more impactful for me.
Hey! I have two shops. Here are both: | ETSY STICKER SHOP | www.etsy.com/shop/organizedalaina | ETSY STATIONERY SHOP | www.etsy.com/shop/thepaperstylist I will add to my list to create a video on opening an Etsy Shop. It’s a bunch of steps but it’s worth it if you love it. 🤗

TFS...another great #adulting101 video! What’s included in your blog/newsletter? How often do you create?
Hey! I’m still fine tuning the newsletter. The goal is to send out more pdf’s and other freebies that will help others on their adulting journey.

Great video as usual Alaina. Are the stickers you are using from your store?
Hey! Not all of them. Some are from Happy Planner. 🤗

I actually reconcile them all on paper. I am planning on doing a video on my process soon
Thank you 👍🏾
Do you do zero balance budgeting? If so my worry is not having any money if I assign it to certain categories. What do we do ?
Yes. I will adjust and move it to another category if I need it.
Great tips!
