As the auspicious occasion of Thai Poosam approaches, Ranjani Gayatri dedicate this song to the memory of their beloved mother Late Smt Meenakshi. The ragas in order are Kalyani, Revathi, Bagesri, Vasantha and Sindhubhairavi.

I don't believe I have ever felt such pure love, divinity, energy, bhakti coursing through my entire being for sixteen minutes, with not a second to spare, like this. Every percussion beat, every Veena and Nadaswaram phrase, every harmony - perfection has a new definition.
I don't even need to understand the words - it is all there on your radiant faces, those eyes that breathe music. Every single moment of this, one can feel Him - those fervent voices rising with the sun, the waves of evocative Kalyani, the soaring Revathi as you walk into his shrine, the fragrant, hand-picked garland of Bageshri, the valiant, overpowering Vasantha and that last raga... I don't think I've felt Sindubhairavi like this before.
How could Muruga resist your call? How he came, hastening his pace, running, flying, leaping in fives. To forgive our sins, to destroy all our ailments, to bless us, to grant us that final union, with light, with Om. Life-changing. Thank you for transforming our lives, one rendition at a time. 🙏
