You can learn English or any language even if you are poor. English is our second language, mula kindergarten itinuturo sa school , kulang sa tyaga at sipag sa pag-aaral ang reason hindi ang kahirapan. Kung talagang desido kang maging fluent in English puede mong ma-achieve yan kung dadagdagan mo ang sipag sa pag aaral. God bless❤

It's not surprising that Max of Russia visited several academies before choosing CIA. Many students shop around first, then end up realizing that CIA dominates with education, convenience, hospitality, amenities, and entertainment.

Tell your Russian guest to visit SAMAL ISLAND in Davao City. There is a Russian Community living there with families & kids. I think there are probably 10 or 15 Russian Families living there permanently.

Most Russians that I know some are staying for good in the Philippines are no longer of military age. they are in Samal island. this one is a student so obviously they are free to go abroad and study. The Russian army has enough forces to confront the whole of NATO army should they attempt to cross the Russian border.

@@javier.alvarez764 correct. Our healthcare system is trash. And our government officials are extremely corrupt. And on top of that, we have incompetent leaders like digong and bbm. So it's not really the best idea to live in the Philippines
