Hello sir , The hospital were I worked in the past gave experience certificate from year 2002 to 2015 from hospital medical superintendent but that hospital is closed now .Now i am working in a different hospital from 2015 . My doubt is if mention the previous experience in data flow since hospital is closed it will be difficult for data flow for verification since the hospital is closed and no body to answer to dataflow verification. I am in a dilemma whether to mention it in the data flow or vomit it , kindly clarify . Thanks in advance

You will be required to fill experience gap if you do not upload experience certificate from that particular health facility.
You should be able to have enough proof that such health facility existed to help Dataflow verify your experience certificate.

Once your Dataflow PSV is completed then you will be required to only pay for additional documents to be verified, if asked by the concerned health authority.
