Hmmm.... Building BETWEEN the billboards... Now there's an interesting idea... Great build. I can just imagine the frustration of trying to get those monitor banks up on the walls and the desks underneath them.

Thanks man! I had no idea either. It wasn't until I had a look at the vanilla Red Rocket again for this challenge that I noticed that there was a gap and it was at an off-set angle.
Very creative idea and brilliant use of the space provided to us.

Many thanks, Nate! It was fun to enter this community challenge and try to come up with an interesting small build. Those monitors are great aren't they! They feature again in a big Boston Airport build that I have coming next year.
man, i just watched your red rocket build from a few years ago, checked ur recent uploads and i was genuinely shocked that you’re still on here doing this great design work, props to you sir, definitely deserves some acknowledgement from bethesda, if not noticed already… fantastic dedication mate 👍✌️
Many thanks for the kind words. I wouldn't have kept going without the support of the community. I'm constantly shocked by the messages and donations, I didn't really think anyone would care about my stuff.
I've had no contact from Bethesda and that may be for the better. Some of the other Fallout channel makers I talk to ( who have a relationship with Bethesda ) have been put under pressure to abandon Fallout content and rebrand their channels to Starfield content.

Thanks! I really wanted to do an entry but my big Red Rocket is my most popular video so I didn't want to build there again. I came up with this mini build idea. I kinda like it. It was fun to build and to try to come up with something interesting in such a small area.

I'm very fond of those, they feature in another upcoming build.
They are from the "Settlement Ambush Kit" creation club content. It's one of the better CC packs it adds a new game mode and a few useful workshop items. I'd recommend it, especially if you can pick it up on sale.
