I have rtx 3060 12gb + Ryzen 9 3900 with full low i can reach 240 fps but is not that much, witch part i have the weak one? can you help, thank you

Bro do you mod tour game to get that fps? I have a rtx 3060 and a r5 5500 but can only reach 150 fps most of time
