If Avery is still having issues with hydration or your worried about dehydration I would suggest Pedialyte. For congestion Vick VapoRub (I think there’s a kids version) or you can get it in a liquid to add to her humidifier or even eucalyptus oil (obviously, and I’m sure you already know this, you shouldn’t put the oil on her skin just in her humidifier/steam) and keep using the saline spray it does help a lot. I hope this helps I got sick almost every other week as a kid so I got my routine down so I was able to breathe a bit better and as I’m sure you will ask her doctor before trying these things out. I hope I made sense I’m slightly sleep deprived so sorry if I didn’t make sense I’m sorry, lol. Hello, try red onion. Cut it and boil it, then keep it warm and make her drink it with honey. It works for kids and adults. Also cut 1/4 and ñut it on a pan and cook it when is warm out it in her face little by little. I hope she gets better let me. I HOPE i can help.
When my daughters’ noses are stuffed, we do nasal hygiene multiple times a day. I don’t know if that’s what you meant by “saline” (I’m from Canada so I don’t really know haha). Using saline drops, in my experience, just help soften the mucus, but a good nasal hygiene helps to clear out the sinuses! Maybe you should get a nebuliser to treat a cold and a cough! It's very useful even for adults :) I used it as a kid, as a teen and still use it now as an adult! It's a very good investment for the whole family!

Vapor rub on her chest & on her top lip underneath her nose. Also I've had success with Pedialyte & warm herbal tea. When I was desperate children Mucinex. And Vaseline for the dry skin. Pediasure it she's not eating.

Have you tried the nose frida bath bombs? My wife and I use this for our little one and it clears her up! Also try pedialite popsicles!
Run the shower with hot water until steam comes out. Adjust the temp then take Avery inside. Good way to clear the airway.😁👌
