6:07 is Loss theme, not Menu theme. 10:35 is the proper Menu theme, not Loading theme. Loss theme is my favourite composition piece from BF1942 soundtrack. it was depressing af, especially if you played with Germans. it really had an ominous feeling, like the war was lost inevitably.

@Pedro c Forgotten Hope 2 is probably the closest you can have to a Battlefield 1942: remastered; idk about the state of the mod nowadays,I played it in 2016-2017, so things could be different now What I appreciate the most about the mod is that there's an insane amount of maps and cars, and the way guns and maps are designed definitely feel like a spiritual successor to Battlefield 1942, despite being a game-mod hybrid You should definitely try it out IMO
