@@ab-zi8gm The DOL refused to refer my case. When I sued my former employer successfully argued they were unaware they were in violation. That was after the DOL concluded their investigation. I lost everything.
@@HighBalling I have contacted my Congressman. Again, check back to this video. NEITHER of these lawyers will come back to comment and I doubt they check. They probably sent everyone here the same form letter "no USERRA violation." The reality is they get paid to do the minimum. So few comments here and NOT ONE person assigned to respond from the OSC. They don't give a damn. The reality is that service members are having their rights violated daily and their inaction encourages employers to continue the mistreatment. This is one more reason recruiting is down.
