Hey I just wanted to let you guys know that there are some audio issues with the Spotify podcast at about 48min. Thanks for the great show and love it!
Hey guys . just to let you know.. I listened to this podcast and at some point spurgeon mic is kinda "off" so we have Few minutes of white sound with the other two making weird mouth noises et uhm uhmm.... very very frightening .oh oh oh ohhh
@@dustyoldhat yup super creepy when you get a cut and suddenly a canadian succion sound :D
@27:00 - FYI Different Spokes TV was the Canadian that bought a Tenere 700.
I just wanted to point out that you missed suzuki katana about suzuki from last few years :>
Would like to see Ryan, Ari and Zack go on a ride together, like the baja monkeys ride, that was epic
Ohh! That would be amazing!
I have been saying that a video with Zack & Ari, produced by F9, narrated by Ryan would be EPIC!
Can Yammie and Spite be added as the kids at the back of the pack? 😅
Legendary!!!!!!!
@@arammendoza6822 I think it'd be safest if Yammie stays home and joins the call remotely 😂 (joking) - I agree I think that would be awesome to see a collaboration between them.
This is a true all star cast. Make this a regular thing Ryan F9 please!
only one missing is Ari.
@@GrimYak read my mind, he would bust through the door with belray and motionpro products
Please invite Steve Kamrad as well, if this becomes regular.
Dave from CanyonChasers is pretty rad!
@@helmut1388 Yes! Get Steve in there with his customized Triumph Scrambler 1200 XE. Man... just thinkin about it... I'm tired.
Ryan doesn't make motorcycle videos, he makes art. I'm still blown away by his Versys 300 review to this day. When he's not making art, he's making incredibly informational videos
Each time I ride past a versys 300 I think to myself there goes “MY LITTLE PONY” but I can never remember any of yammie dude memes cause he just tries to hard to be relevant
I CRIED XD Made me contemplate life and want to ride XD
No, they are definitely motorcycle videos.
Agreed, One of the best reviewers and content creators ever to exist, his sharp wit and dry humour is fantastic
@@gregt7927 dont we need yammie ??
The production quality of Ryan Fort 9’s videos are second to none.
My favorite RUclipsrs on one place, only Ari is missing! Great show!
Bet Ari is wrenching on a bike. Follow him on Instagram if you don't already. He makes some good content.
@@mojomanmurph1925 I do folow him, even he answered me on few questions, great guy and have great contents!
Yep these guys and the Million Dollar Bogan
This is my kinda "avengers assemble" moment
you copied the other dude's exact comment u lil bich
Ryan F9's videos are on another level, good to see him on here.
I don't listen to 1hr 37min podcasts but clicked on this video as soon as I saw the 3 involved. Spurg, Zack & Ryan kept me interested the whole time. Definitely need more of these 3............
Cliffhanger.... what was Ryan's last request??
Ryan: If I can make a request, ....
Revzilla: you may not.
Ryan said he wanted to meet Ari and Anthony :) You can listen to the last 5min on a Spotify/Apple podcast
Haha, my thoughts exaxtly.
Right? WTF revzilla?
@@efreund1 the podcast had issues too. In order to listen to the whole thing, you need to watch the RUclips and the last 5 min of the podcast. 🤦♂️
I like to think he wanted a dozen nectarines and a half-pound of human flesh wrapped in brown wax paper.
Ryan doesn't make motorcycle videos, Ryan sets the bar and keeps raising it for making motorcycle videos.

Not wrong.
I would definitely listen to a Zack & Ryan MotoGP talk show
Dude did you see the Moto3 race? OMG!
Yep! would love to hear Zack, Ryan, Lance - and Ari if he’s into it - talk MotoGP any time, all the time! All three races at Doha (Qatar 2) were unbelievably engaging for a wide variety of reasons.
YES PLEASE!
Kooooooookoooookoookoo kkoko 🙏 oka 🙏🙏🙏y
🙏
Ryan F9 is gold; love that dude! He definitely needs to be on more shows. I’d love to you see guys sit around and talk about new model reveals each year and your thoughts on the latest industry news.
Love RyanF9! So glad to see him as a co-host! Make it a regular thing!
Get Ari here and it's the holy grail of internet motorcycling.
And the angels sing
the perfect thing about these podcasts is that I can turn the resolution down to 144P because your faces are still recognizable and the conversation is good. Here in South Africa no-one bought a 790S - only R's were the vehicle of choice. I always thought my Honda XR650L was premium - especially so since the Clarke tank is now turning orangee red with a bit of UV so reminds me to be ready to race. Love the big L for 3rd gear wheelies.
CRF250L - well, it was pretty good for what it was at the time. Solid bike in a general sense and hopelessly undersprung on the rear end for no good reason. Went pretty good on the highway and I once saw 159 km/h on a steep downhill with plenty wind from behind. That's 99 mph for the imperial guys on here.
Now I managed to take my 650L down to 150kg with a full tank and it feels pretty good as a large dirtbike.
I need to give credit where credit is due - back in 1998 I bought a previously crashed BMW R80 monolever airhead in Cape Town and after a short and intense rebuild travelled 80K km of Africa's finest non roads over the next 10 years. Back to current 650L situation I need to rebore previous Wiseco supposed upgrade to another 1mm oversize. I hope this nugget turns out like Gold!
I once fitted an ancient Metzeler rear tyre to my XL185S engined SL 125 and was amazed how the rear tyre tried to kill me approaching a Rondebosch roundabout at speed in Cape Town. Ancient 10 year old rubber is banned in my books.
I did the Namibiaring for seven years on the R80, 2 x XR600R's, a F650GS Dakar and a LR Defender 90 TDi. Apart from the Landie the XR's were the best experience.
Soooo many amazing moto-stars on RUclips promoting, educating, and entertaining the motorcycling world. Watching this episode validates for me that we are (again) in the best times. Thank you for continuing to do what you do best. Ride on!
Can we have a regular motogp podcast with Zack and Ryan? Would be great to see their live commentary as they watch or a recap show!
KH250 was common here in the UK, they rarely ran on 3 cylinders, the middle one was just there to provide additional heat most of the time. HIlarious fun, with futuristic switching between being a triple and a twin whenever it felt like it.
The crossover we didn't know we needed!

For the touch screen gloves question, I found a cheap solution to it a couple of months ago. Glue the silver side of a doritos wrapper (inside side of the bag) onto your gloves. The silver side will work on your phone.
Hahaha for some reason this is hilarious
i never click to a video this fast!!!
Ryan F9 with the flip phone! The man 💯
I HAVE WAITED SO LONG FOR THIS
Its strange to see Ryan like this, its almost like I know him personally, from rewatching all his videos a gazillion times. And yeah, I’m a fan boy.
I see what you did zack: talking about the harley gearbox "they need to SHIFT their thoughts on that." Good dad joke zack!
Wow...was really thrilled to see two of my favorite motorcycling outlets come together. Great stuff!
This is like the "Avengers Assemble" moment but for motorcyclists!
I'm a simple man. I see Ryan, I click.
Y'all sent me a free shirt when my house caught fire and burned down. I had lost everything. Literally. Thanks! Just wanted to give a shout out, that was cool of y'all 🤘
Ryan's doorbell sounds just like mine. I actually went to answer my door.
:))))
Eric:
Love this collab. Please keep Ryan F9 and revzilla collabs going in the future.
Amazing video!! Need to see more of the three of these guys. So much experience and background in all of them it’s great hearing them talk.
I always love the podcasts but I am such a huge fan of Ryan. Thank you for making this and putting him on it for a longer period.
Truly the two best motorcycle channels. And competitors, sorta.
Nah not really competitors, they are actually affiliates i think. If you try ordering something from F9 outside of Canada, you get redirected to Revzilla.
I have an unexplainable desire for Zack and Ryan to be best mates 🤷♂️
Ari might get jealous.....
I might get jealous as well :))
Excellent show. We need more collaborations like this... Thanks, guys...
Thanks guys, I really enjoyed the conversation
Great to see Ryan with the 2 of you
Do it again!
I’m so proud to be Canadian right now ... Great conversation guys!
I once was Lost,

Stoked to see another Revzilla podcast 🙌
Man, I don't have time to watch right now but super excited about this one!
Great show! Glad to see Ryan thrown in the mix. Cheers! 🏍😎👌
You guys talk so well. 👍🏻 your thoughts are always so well elaborated.
Great to see Ryan here.
Yes would definetly watch anything you 3 collaborate on.
All the best to all !!
What was Ryan's request at the end? 🤣🤣 Suspense is killing me.
Ryan is really really cool guy. I personally was watching this because of him.
Definitely something we know we need! And thanks RevZilla for making this happen!
So please to see Ryan on your show and ecstatic that he brought up MotoGP. I have been following Grand Prixs on the 500 and MotoGP since I was 18. (67 now) I even used to buy Magazines from the States and follow racing in the states with Kenny Roberts and Steve McLoughlin, Reg Pridmore and Eddie Lawsons Kawasaki before any of them raced in Europe.
Being Australian and living in Wagga Wagga I am so pleased that we have Jack Miller on the factory Ducati team and Remmy Gardner in the Moto2 and being very competitive.
Keep up the Highside Lowside as I love listening while I’m in the car. PS I have a 2019 R1250GS plus an 85 R100Rs, 91 K100RS so am a mean BMW fan and touring and going to Rallies is my thing
Enjoyed the conversation, had me laughing. I have followed all three of Y'all for a few years so it was great listen in.
Great podcast! Had a smile on my face the whole time.
This was neat.
Hoped for some more technical conversations, considering Ryan's channel. But overall, was a great episode.
Simply Splendid! All 3 of you together was Awesome!
The best bike-people on youtube, together. YAS!
On a lighter note, I've been absolutely stoked about having RyanF9 on the podcast and listening to what he has to say! Thanks so much for another phenomenal episode and this was an absolutely pleasure to watch and listen to! I am going to RevZilla and purchasing a T-Shirt right away as a result! Keep up the great work and march onward! My ONLY request would be to move off of iTunes as the dominate platform and use something UNIVERSAL that's cross-platform and supported across ALL devices!
You can also find every episode of the podcast on Spotify and Stitcher ;)
The collab we've all been waiting for!
Spurg, I have a turbo on my FZ-07 and it's amazing, completely unnecessary, but amazing none the less......
This is something I didn’t know I was waiting for !
I have a Suzuki 650 and I love it. One of the main reasons I went with a Suzuki is because of an amazing local dealer. I don't have a lot of local dealers with great customer service.
First episode I've tuned in to - a crossover episode of my two favorite channels. More of this please guys!
I hit like just bein happy seeing the combination of you three.. now let me watch 😊
Hello from Newfoundland! I've done part of the trailway on ATV. You will definitely enjoy it Spurg. Many videos on RUclips mostly ATV but no problems for dual sport. I think you, Zack and Ryan should do it. 😀👍🇨🇦
I would never miss an episode of a post-MotoGP race weekend recap podcast with Ryan and Zack.
I've had hypothermia a few times while riding. One of the worst was a summer ride; it had been in the 80s and sunny when I set out, so I put on my mesh gear, and it was 65, raining, and night when I was heading back. It was about 90 minutes riding in the rain to get home, on interstates. By that time I was shivering uncontrollably, and it took 30-45 minutes to stop, and that was doing all the 'right' things to warm up. Winter riding I'm usually prepared for - waterproof/windproof gear, insulating layers, heated gear - but it's hard to remember just how cold you can get when wet, *even when* it's warm out.
Thanks guys. I really enjoyed that bit of banter and laughs.
I love....LOVE the 790/890, but the semi active suspension on the 1290 S is a game changer for me. I would buy the bike to commute to work, and the road conditions change quite a bit from twisty mountain roads to the tortured pavement of a city. A 890 with SAS that has the mannerisms of the WP suspension on the R models would be awesome. I'm a big guy too, 350 soaking wet and I don't think the 790 is underpowered but I fear I would look like Grape Ape on a smaller machine.
Your video was the highlight of my week too. Keep on the great work !!!
I got my license in 1978; I'm 65- and still riding. My first bike was a Honda CX-500 shaft drive. The dealership in Seattle wouldn't allow a test ride. My first ride was....from the dealership to home, about 10mi., including I-5 use. I was scared shitless. Absolutely love Ryan's own channel.....it's always a well crafted work of video art. Throw in the distinctive vocals and....it's a very interesting and entertaining venue to learn from.
You guys are so funny 🤓 Greetings from southern Germany 🍻🥨 ... and, the 3 of you should spend a week crossing the Alps and be there at the reopening of the famous motorcycle museum at Timmelsjoch in Austria 👍🏼
Hope to get you guys back soon! This show is my favorite thing to listen to while I ride to work.
One critique, I usually listen on Spotify, through my SENA's helmet speakers, and I find myself adjusting the volume a lot because once person's voice will come in painfully loud while another's is barely audible over the road/ exhaust noise. And it's not the same for each episode. Sometimes I never have to touch it, sometimes it have to adjust it for each person. Otherwise, best podcast!
New Channel or Show Zack, Ryan, and Ari MotoGP show!!!! Thanks for the episode, it was great as ever.
Not to throw shade at Spurg, he just doesn't seem too interested.
WRT the Newfoundland Rail Trail, we tried a short section back in 2018 and found the conditions too rugged for my limited skillsets. We continued through Newfoundland, took the ferry into Labrador and rode the Labrador Highway north and west which was roughly 600 miles of long/wide/mostly straight tundra roads, half of which were gravel. Cool to be in the wilderness but not very exciting riding. We were very lucky that there was no rain during the gravel section of our ride. And you really needed the "bug-net hat" in Labrador. Even in late August and only 50 F, the deer-flies were overwhelming. At the western end of the highway in Labrador City, the road turned south through Quebec. This "highway" turned out to be one of the best roads I've ever ridden on. The first 250 miles was made up of continually twisting, hilly gravel on a road that exists primarily to service the mining and hydro electric industry in that region. We passed 5 hydro dams on the trip south. Quite the spectical. Beyond the final dam, the road turned into newly paved blacktop and the last 100 miles into Baie Comeau Quebec was heaven on earth. Imagine the Tail of the Dragon but with no other vehicles on the road. Pure bliss. I recommend the trip but advise you to book accomodations in advance because there aren't many available.
actually I just checked, it starts at 48:40 and is patchy since then (althought I have not listed till the end yet so not sure if it improves later on or not)
Fort9 does an amazing job on every video. Kudos to him for scoring an appearance on Revzilla Podcast and Kudos to you guys for getting him on as well! Seriously though Ryan is the man, he covers tons of data and has the numbers to back up his views, always on point.
What an awesome combo of all three... enjoyed the comradery and unique opinions of American and Canadian bikers. I love all 3 of you guys... I got to go...work must go on....keep up the fantastic work... so glad Ryan is a part of the team.
2 weeks back I left a comment on Revzilla insta feed about Rayan F9 that he is needed to be here and here we go. Thanks guys for this podcast
this was brilliant guys, top quality!
Great show. Ryan F9 has made me a smarter rider. I would really like to hear Highside/Lowside talk about the new lightweight ADV movement that seems to be picking up steam. Manufacturers have put out some pretty decent bikes like the BMW 310 GS, KTM 390 Adventure, Royal Enfield Himalayan, and Honda CRF 300L Rally that appeal to new ADV riders as well as more experienced riders who want a bike that is easier to handle and ride.
Great show- and having Ryan was the best! One thing you guys who scoff at the big adv bikes, keep forgetting is the smaller capable machines like the Verysys 300x, CRF300 Rally, KTM 390 adventure- those are the new lightweight adventure bikes that experienced riders are gravitating towards. I dont think reviewers give enough credit to these small advs but there has been a shift in the market and we should acknowledge how important these smaller machines are- and they can only get better maybe with the blessings of the the oracles here ;)
Its awesome to see great minds talk about motorcycles. Fantastic content as always.
That was hysterical. Thanks fellas!
This was extremely entertaining, I could have listened to these three guys shoot the shit about motorcycles for many hours!
Really enjoyed this podcast. But I have to say the highlight for me was when Ryan pulled out a flip phone! Way to go my man!
Thank you for making this happen! Highest quality motorcycle content on the internet!
That was awesome. Thanks for the laughs guys!
Great entertainment to get me through this pandemic, keep doing this! 👍🏻😀
A legend in motorcycle circles, you now have a guest that can elevate your game. I love your podcast, wish f9 had one to. I would wear your tshirt proudly next to f9. Cheers!
Yes!!! My three faves together at once. Ryan is awesome.
Spurg, great episode! Brought me back to the "romance of the road", hearing you guys talk about the rides you've taken.
Just hearing the banter between the three of you brought a smile to my face. Keep up the good work. Pops !
Brilliant chat guys!! Ryan´s such a cool guy and funny too! Thanks!!
Being I own one, therefore biased... But!, have either/any of yall ever rode the SV1000, and why has Suzuki never revisited it being it was only made from 03-07? The 650 is/was successful, the TL was a legend, and the naked/semi-faired market is the best its ever been, which is exactly where a re-vamped Sv1000 would fit in, especially while now having great competitors via tuonos and super dukes. Suzuki has everything they need: a new updated frame in the 650, an updated engine from the Vstrom 1000, and a market for a torquey, powerful naked bikes soooo.... why no SV1000. I love love love my 06, but Id buy a new one in a heartbeat.
The most ambitious crossover in the world.
The only two motorcycle channels I watch, and you guys combined. Great job.
It was great listening to you guys talk about MotoGP!! Maybe make a 10 min segment in the podcast after a race?
Awesome vid :D laughed my balls of at the backfire for Spurg!
Last year’s MotoGP season was amazing, and it was so good because Mark Marquez was absent. I don’t dislike the guy, and I really don’t want anyone to be injured, BUT removing the ultimate outlier really made for a much more interesting and surprising season. Last year there were NINE different race winners instead of Marquez and the two people that won the races that he crashed out of. With whiney prima donna Jorge Lorenzo retired there’s nobody in the paddock that I’d cheer against winning. I’m cheering for Fabio Quartararo because he’s fun to watch and because the Yamahas have a top speed disadvantage. That means that when a Yamaha beats a Ducati, it’s due to the riding instead of the ability to open the throttle all the way on a straightaway.
When you introduce your friend to your other friend and they become better friends
Awesome episode - lets get the small turbo bikes going!
I would love to have a MotoGP podcast from these guys. Maybe after every race, Zack, Lance and the gang get together to discuss the race weekend!
dat moment when the guys started to speak about motogp and i have no clue about that lol. was very interesting to watch, and ofc it's amazing to see Ryan as a guest!
