Kuoreen lippoaminen / smelt dipping

Interesting to watch, never dipped smelts before, looked fun. We dip & cast net caplin, we salt & dry them, they are great roasted ...!!!

so what do you do with that many smelts??????

I eat some, and the rest are for my dogs. I storage smelts dried or freezed.
