Making Edible Lace

Edible lace is a really quick and simple way to decorate a cake. You can also add food colouring or edible lustre to the sugar lace for different designs. A small amount goes a long way. I used the quantities below to decorate this four tier cake.
I used:
50g Flexible icing instant mix - Squires Kitchen Flexi-Ice
75ml cooled boiled water
Lace icing mat - KitchenCraft medium mat
Cakes - 10", 8", 6", 4"
