I am a TBI survivor of 23 years ago, playing football my senior year of High School in Wyoming. I graduated from high school and college and I've been very happily married for about 10 years. I just found your channel and I have been doing some exercises and very much enjoying them! Thank you very much for the inspiration ladies!

Me and my fiancé were in a crash together. She has a TBI , She’s trying to follow commands but is having trouble. It’s been 3 months after the accident.
Any information you can give would be a god send. Therapies, exercises that helped, medications, anything you can think of would be so appreciated.

Your opening is so beautiful, so thoughtful, brought me to tears... thank you for the inspiration. When I heal, I will dedicate myself to helping and healing those with TBI struggling for treatment and housing.

Wow , I love you ladies . I feel like I did 30 minutes of cardio . who woulda thought it'd take so little (yet to me is a dizzying amount) to cause full body workout .

Very helpful information! We had students do this in schools and it gives a sense of security as well. It’s like a body hug of sorts.

What about the "Super Brain Yoga" exercise they use in India? Is that really as effective as anecdotally reputed?

@@s.durbar1294 I'm not aware of any literature I'm comfortable recommending. However, there's quite a bit about it on RUclips. Start with this video (but squat lower if your joints/flexibility allows it): ruclips.net/video/FbjdPZ2VWDA/видео.html
