Haha I was just thinking the same thing! When I watched your Bonnie video I saw how you bondo’d then sanded. I sand bondo, then hand sand. I bet your way saves so much more time!

Otherwise, looking pretty good! I would also want your opinion on something. I trying to figure out what suit to make next. Not an iron man suit but halo/starwars. Should i make Techs armor from the bad batch, a republic command, or a master chief

On PCBWay, what did you choose for the design units? mm,inch,cm? That’s the only part I don’t understand about pcbway

When choosing metrics I usually choose mm it’s just more of a universal metric I hope this helps
