Indian spirituality is the reason for the misery of India and its slavery because it created devotees and blind bhakts who cannot even question their masters, whereas in the west philosophers were succeeded by their critics and followers who deeply researched their works and added more value to it. In India there are ready-made answers of gurus and scriptures that's why no one wants to self introspect their beliefs and values.
Every realised master is essentially a conduit. A channel for the source to flow through. Each of them have a unique expression but in essence they are all one and the same. A day will come when genuine seekers on You Tube will react to your reactions and perceptions of spiritual matters. And this is not as far out as you might think 😛.... And I am glad you finally came into touch with J. K, who is no less than a giant of the spiritual pantheon. @Dinesh Godara It's very unfortunate that people only want to find faults in everything and everyone. People respect or disrespect others for the things that they have done, and not hate or love for the things that they haven't done. But instead of appreciating and being respectful of people who have clearly impacted the entire humanity in such a positive way.... More than the either of us, you're telling that so and so are the things that he hasn't done so he doesn't deserve respect and also go on calling him a fraud!. You can tell anyone a fraud for the fraudulent things someone has done in their lives, but you can't just say someone is a fraud for the things that a person hasn't done, or the things you feel should have been done. Either you are a truly miserable person who just doesn't want to see anything positive, or you don't clearly know the meaning of the word. Wouldn't it be much more easier to look at the immense contributions that he has done and being appreciative of everything rather than just listing out the things that he hasn't done and label him as a fraud just because of it?. You talk like you literally are suggesting the shortcomings of a yogi and calling him a fraud by alleging that he isn't spiritual enough, but from your comments, you are the one who clearly comes off as an antithesis to spirituality!. A man doesn't have to do literally everything good on this planet earth to be worthy of respect. Every person has to be respected for the contributions that they have made, however small those might be, and people should stop seeing the negetive side of everything and start focusing on the positives, so that they don't make the world a miserable place like their own lives.
He is giving all answers. In the end he said do not rub, you will not make a mirror where you can see exaggeration of your own self or talk to. It simply is not that process. Just let energies go through you. Remember, when you are not. Empty your cup and all. Just let the lower "you" and upper "universe" connect. And the tool is PRACTICE. Just identity what you want to be and just shape your mind like it. It could than be anything. You can train to see future. Train to be so still that universe can imprint on you and you can remember all details. Train to learn anything. Train to remember. Train to uncover hidden messages. Train to live eternal. Train to be average. Train to be happy. Etc. Do not live by chance live by choice. There are 2 parts to it pranayam and yoga. With pranayam you strengthen your body from in and out that nothing affects this than you use yoga to make union as this process requires a lot of energy. Just like a footballer first strengthens its body and later learns skills and later further it goes and learns tactics against opponent and so on. Like that this process is also a step by step thing and requires lifelong devotion.

the writer has understood many thing through this video, one of them being that he'll never understand what J.krishnamurti(Krishna Moorti) is talking about, and I've made peace with it. I've watched countless videos, read few books, of all the enlightened being I know, few things I understood , most I don't and all of it didn't change my experience of life, it did make me curious about things for some time, but without any experience and with passage of time you do develop doubts (which are good). Now I only focus on the practices. We all feel so strongly about getting spoilers of an movie or a game we're excited about, but with this life we want all the answers. You'll get some of the answers somewhere, but what you'll never get, is to experience it. Knowing the distance between the earth and the moon from google, and travelling from earth to moon to measure the distance, both result in the same thing, knowing the distance but what matters in case of life is not the distance but the journey. listening to you guys, J.K started to make sense for about a second. Mitch, I totally get what you were saying, experiencing something almost magical, then out of nowhere our mind interrupts, I think it comes partly because while doing our practises we did expect something like that to happen, and when it happens, we come out of the state of being one with everything, to the ego, that it's happening to me, I am experiencing the magic, but the magic can never be experienced till I exist. Whenever it's the first time I'm doing a practise (without knowing about what kind of experiences it causes) I get the best experience, but I also carry with it something far worse, expectations. till the time "I" expect something, it'll never happen. Well that's what I've come to know, maybe I'm wrong. much love guys. here's Sadhguru talking about who J.krishnamurti is(with few details left out) ruclips.net/video/zzvp6l9JvHg/видео.html
HAHAHAHAHA "the writer has understood many thing through this video" put us on the floor laughing. This comment is insightful af. I (ely) was thinking a very similar thing today about how much of my time I spent intellectualizing about spirituality after first hearing from Sadhguru and stuff. I am now finding that listening to these speakers can only be done effectively if it is taken as a vague pointer towards where you need to move. I find so much value in hearing their opinions but also totally feel what you say about spoilers. Thats honestly why JK has seemed so cool to me.He gives you a small taste of something but then says "go find it for yourself". All love Potato thank you for your wisdom.
J Krishna Murti takes you to the path of baring you off conditioning and beliefs that you pick from mentors n peers. Around age of 13( now I’m 60+) one uncle Thakur Dhara Chand started narrating to me these J Krishnamurti’ s pointers to essence..Despite starting him so early my own spiritual growth is nascent, however in my writing ( I’m a fiction writer) this exposure to J Krishnamurti gets my stories to pass on signals that are pristine. I feel wonderful that you both are probers into coming in essence in your youth n are on social media sharing this journey.. this will create such a wave.. Abundance of love..

Finally JK!!! He is love. One of the reason he says "The Speaker" is that we don't create an image out of him and then start following him. He doesn't want us to see him as an authority, because he only believed in one thing that "Truth is a pathless land and no leader, society, ideology, religion etc. can show us what is truth. It has to come from within" I will finish with what the speaker has always said, "BE A LIGHT TO YOURSELF"... Love watching your reaction guys. You might wanna react to one of the JK's video on Fear. I have attached the link below: ruclips.net/video/BFWBaBdH2qw/видео.html
Glad you got an experience of JK. I was intrigued by the discussion of the physical, spiritual and purely meditative aspects of yoga. JK is someone I tried to read many years ago, but with not much success. But that was then, this is now. Who knows? When I was looking into his teachings, there was no such thing as RUclips, of course, or the internet in general. So just as you have been so inspired by Sadguru and Ram Dass by watching them talk through many videos, so too, can I perhaps revisit JK through hearing him speak, just as I mow have a better appreciation of Deepak through watching his videos. The problem is, there are so many enlightened beings and teachers to discover and listen to. Choosing among this cornucopia of intellectual and spiritual riches is a daunting task, thankfully made much easier with the uncanny RUclips algorithms at work. 🧐🌟🤔 Learning about JK again after so many years, allows me to recall how I first found out about him. I’m pretty sure it was when I was awe struck by all the possibilities for learning of the ancient wisdom traditions and esotericism through the unimaginably dense writings of Helena Blavatsky (generally referred to as “Madame Blavatsky) and others in The Theosophical Society, which is still going strong today, long after JK left its fold for his own pastures. I will have some recommended links regarding this for you soon, but in the meantime I recommend you check out The Theosophical Society and its history. Fascinating. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Theosophical_Society

SPOT ON!!! My god you guys are brilliant!! The way you atarted with JK's words, traversed theough Nietzche and then finally reached at "we are the creator of everything in our life". Brilliant guys, simply brilliant. 🙏
and yes , he does say that the questions are ridiculous because he has been teaching almost all his life but there was no change in the people . they were asking superficial questions again and again . he really wanted to bring about a revolution in the minds of the people you should really read his biography . he explains so many things in depth . its almost like he takes the SELF INTROSPECTION to another level . I have seen many gurus just giving answers to the questions but only krishnaji takes us deep into observing every thought and dying to it. I am sure you would get so many new insights when you read his book .
J Krishnamootri was India's Socrates always questioning, always debating. He was a perpetual seeker and wanted all of us to keep seeking as well.. He used to say to learn you need to throw away what you 'know'
" to learn you need to throw away what you 'know'" DANGGGG thats amazing. I came to that in a meditation today, how much of my life I live assuming that I know things, I don't know crap. Also very similar to Socrates saying that all he knows is that he knows nothing at all. So beautiful. that is true freedom.
Listening to him with eyes closed is meditation in itself . Listening with every ounce of attention allows to realise the thing behind the words . Video named art of listening should be the one to be listened as much early as possible .

@@LearnWithUsOriginals The part where J. Krishnamurti says that the physical exercises _(of yoga)_ were created in the 17th-18th century is a bit misguiding. It is probable that he was alluding to the separation of the exercises as standalone yoga. They have been practiced for many centuries and are known as _asanas._ Even though the term _Raja Yoga_ can be found in certain ancient _Sanskrit_ texts, it is now mostly used to refer to modern yoga. Of course, it has gone through further modification, adaptation and distortion in the late 20th century. What one sees in the West today, is definitely the physical part of yoga. Doing just the physical poses would not _(not necessarily "could not")_ lead to enlightenment. _Otherwise, we would have had a huge number of enlightened beings on Insta, TikTok, etc._ 😁 As a teenager, he was a part of the *Theosophical Society.* He was one of the prime candidates who the society wanted to turn into a *World Teacher.* This is another concept which draws heavily from Indian mysticism or yogic culture. In the end, he refused to take on the mantle and parted ways. In preparation for this, he had to follow a regime that included yogic poses. He refers to this particular society as the "experts". After that, he went his separate way, but he continued to vehemently refuse to be a teacher or a _guru._ Probably, he was also against the then developing trend of a reverse imperialism with spirituality as the mode of conquest. So, he discouraged people to get involved with gurus, fake or otherwise. After all, one does not have the means to tell a fake from the authentic. He refused to be a teacher, yet many people flocked to listen to him. But, if one listens to him, one would notice that he encourages an *inner query* rather than giving solid answers. As the initial comment stated, if we were to categorise him, then he would be in the class of _Gnana Yogi._ They employ their intellect as their primary tool towards realisation of the Self. Even J. Krishnamurti warns people of the dangers of this path; as the mind is an expert in deception. For most people, listening to J. Krishnamurti is merely a certificate of being an *"intellectual"* and nothing more. _P.S May be you can react to Sadhguru's video on J. Krishnamurti. That should provide a concise yet precise introduction to what he was and he is, all about._ Many Regards! New Subscriber here. Love your reactions! 👍

Having watched this video of yours, I felt like I’ve entered into great learning in spirituality with you all. Both of you interpreted and captured the understanding of J. Krishnamuti’s statements more or less the same as mine. I think you’re quite right, Krishnamurti referred to himself as the third person, not expressing the personal ego or self-importance. J. K. is a very revolutionary speaker. He is full of eccentric expressions like “The self, the ego is “Mischief maker, Desire is the activity of the self, the ego. The word is not the thing.” And he said somewhere that “We’re the world.” “We’re second-hand human beings.” What I gathered from him of the word Yoga is “Yoga or Union” doesn’t come through WILL or DESIRE or EGO” or whatever word you want to use. If I may use Krishnamurti’s parlance, it is like this: “the moment the self is not the “UNION IS”. I really appreciated your learning activities and sharing with us your understanding. Keep on with it. Thanks.
This "Having watched this video of yours, I felt like I’ve entered into great learning in spirituality with you all." is EXACTLY what we want this channel to be. Oh my goodness. That comment warmed my heart. much love fellow seeker.
Yoga is an Instruction manual to remove the Ego and all the attachments that makes the mind active or agitated, which is constantly talking all the time (inner voices). Mind is your instrument, not your Master. if you use it right, it Serves you. if you don't know how to use it, it Rules you. basically the aim of yoga is to calm the mind so that it experiences the states of blissfulness or Samadhi There are eight steps in yoga, eighth is a Consequence . if you handle the 7 steps right, 8th step will happen.
Timeline 10:20, Mitch explaining the state of stillness and experiencing awesomeness, this state dissolves or gets diluted or vanishes because the 2 parts of the mind i.e. Buddhi (Intellect) and Ahankara (Identification) overtakes that state of stillness or simply being conscious. Mind is to be consciously tamed while being in stillness. When the mind loosens up again it causes the shift from state of stillness to state of the ego again, which causes chaos again... 😌😇
I actually just went through a shift of that tonight. A couple hours ago I was in deep nothingness and it faded a bit and is now not nearly as strong...it’s fascinating to watch that state come and go for no apparent reason

When we used to solve addition in our Mathematics class (Hindi medium schools) we wrote 'Yoga of 2+2 = 4'. That time I didn't know Yoga as a practice or discipline.
@@LearnWithUsOriginals like in ur 1st grade 2nd grade u guys would have got questions like "do this sum: 2+2 and answer" same way in our language 'hindi'(which is derived from Sanskrit- the language of which YOGA is word of) its written "do yoga 2+2 and answer". He was in extreme pain all his life.physical pain...he was enlightened in his youth and it is not easy to understand his talk For that first understand jis background and what he was trying to achieve...he is a master..a real master..way to above any of our understanding.
enlightenment should not cause pain you know? maybe he didn't prepare his body and didn't build a stable enough platform the physical and mental pain only comes when your body and mind are not prepared for what's to come
In my understanding when we seperate the observer to observed than it definitely creates a distance between the two but when we realise the observer and the observed are the different side of the same coin then looking at life through a third party spectrum you can experience the observer and the observed at the same time. For eg. Playing 'Call of Duty' you experience the observer and also the observed but what happens virtually in that game doesn't affect your actual existence.
that is a very interesting way of looking at it. using the video game example definitely makes it very clear thank you for that love this insight. Much love.
Okay listen i hope this would help... Yoga means joining or union or summation.. there are four paths by which one can realise this union and attain mukti(liberation). So these path are: 1) Gyana or jnana yoga( the path of knowledge) 2)Karma yoga( the path of action) 3) Raja yoga ( the path of meditation) 4) Bhakti yoga( the path of devotion)- imo all abrahamic religions come under this branch of yoga( I'm not sure as i don't know them deeply enough but thats what they look like to me rit now) Now about the YOGA that's famous in west or the most common knowledge or ignorance of yoga that most people have.. what that actually is only the 3rd limb of Patanjali's 8 fold yoga, called as Asanas or the different body postures as u guys know it. 8 limbs of Patanjali's 8 fold yoga are: yama, niyama, asana, pranayama, pratyahara, dharna, dhyana, samadhi. Now further this patanjali yoga comes under Raja yoga. So u guys see how misinterpreted and small section of yoga west is considering whole YOGA. Well anything related to india consider it misinformed or ignorant information. I hope this clears the picture a little for u guys. Thanks.

Especially about the wastage of energy part, he says when there is direct perception of “what is” the action is immediate, so there is no gap or a process of arguing or debate that will bring about an act in some time later.Instead of that, the information that comes in is immediately percieved without “self “interpreting it,and a holistic action takes place and that is a free act, because it doesnt proceed from a past accumilation, and ultimately original, fresh, creative, new. He also says meditation is the observation of “what is” and any method to reach something in future is the movement of desire and creates a distance with you and “what is”.So he rejects all methods.

A day will come when genuine seekers on You Tube will react to your reactions and perceptions of spiritual matters. And this is not as far out as you might think 😛.... And I am glad you finally came into touch with J. K, who is no less than a giant of the spiritual pantheon. @@shlabhjain Well put. JK would be happy you spelled out this vital difference for these guys.

@Dinesh Godara Brother why are you making conclusions here by yourself, Don't see things suspiciously.

Honestly reading his discussions with people are much more useful than just the 'lectures'.. That's where he shines
Thank you for this advice we will def check that out. all love
the writer has understood many thing through this video, one of them being that he'll never understand what J.krishnamurti(Krishna Moorti) is talking about, and I've made peace with it.
Well that's what I've come to know, maybe I'm wrong. much love guys.
here's Sadhguru talking about who J.krishnamurti is(with few details left out)

Guys this man is the true world teacher he is the master of masters, the true Massiah but refuses the title. He is the embodiment of perfection.
It has to come from within"
I will finish with what the speaker has always said, "BE A LIGHT TO YOURSELF"...

Learning about JK again after so many years, allows me to recall how I first found out about him.

One of the biggest and most fundamental “spiritual” misconceptions we tell ourselves is that “I” am seperate from my ego.
Intriguing! I will think on that
Yes one of the among Hindus
and yes , he does say that the questions are ridiculous because he has been teaching almost all his life but there was no change in the people . they were asking superficial questions again and again . he really wanted to bring about a revolution in the minds of the people you should really read his biography . he explains so many things in depth . its almost like he takes the SELF INTROSPECTION to another level .

@@LearnWithUsOriginals The part where J. Krishnamurti says that the physical exercises _(of yoga)_ were created in the 17th-18th century is a bit misguiding. It is probable that he was alluding to the separation of the exercises as standalone yoga. They have been practiced for many centuries and are known as _asanas._
Even though the term _Raja Yoga_ can be found in certain ancient _Sanskrit_ texts, it is now mostly used to refer to modern yoga. Of course, it has gone through further modification, adaptation and distortion in the late 20th century.
What one sees in the West today, is definitely the physical part of yoga. Doing just the physical poses would not _(not necessarily "could not")_ lead to enlightenment. _Otherwise, we would have had a huge number of enlightened beings on Insta, TikTok, etc._ 😁
As a teenager, he was a part of the *Theosophical Society.* He was one of the prime candidates who the society wanted to turn into a *World Teacher.* This is another concept which draws heavily from Indian mysticism or yogic culture.
That should provide a concise yet precise introduction to what he was and he is, all about._

Thank you! Much love we are so thankful to have you on this journey with us
Having watched this video of yours, I felt like I’ve entered into great learning in spirituality with you all.
The word is not the thing.” And he said somewhere that “We’re the world.” “We’re second-hand human beings.”
What I gathered from him of the word Yoga is “Yoga or Union” doesn’t come through WILL or DESIRE or EGO” or whatever word you want to use.
Mind is your instrument, not your Master. if you use it right, it Serves you. if you don't know how to use it, it Rules you.
basically the aim of yoga is to calm the mind so that it experiences the states of blissfulness or Samadhi
There are eight steps in yoga, eighth is a Consequence . if you handle the 7 steps right, 8th step will happen.
And thank You a lot for this ... ReLated so much with You both throughout 100% of the video ... Sooo in vibe !

I don't quite understand what 'Yoga of 2+2 = 4' means... feel like im missing something
So u get that rit its kinda joining or summation.. in spiritual sense this yoga means union or joining or summation of your soul with the universal soul.
He was in extreme pain all his life.physical pain...he was enlightened in his youth and it is not easy to understand his talk
For that first understand jis background and what he was trying to achieve...he is a master..a real master..way to above any of our understanding.
enlightenment should not cause pain you know? maybe he didn't prepare his body and didn't build a stable enough platform the physical and mental pain only comes when your body and mind are not prepared for what's to come
In my understanding when we seperate the observer to observed than it definitely creates a distance between the two but when we realise the observer and the observed are the different side of the same coin then looking at life through a third party spectrum you can experience the observer and the observed at the same time. For eg. Playing 'Call of Duty' you experience the observer and also the observed but what happens virtually in that game doesn't affect your actual existence.
that is a very interesting way of looking at it. using the video game example definitely makes it very clear thank you for that love this insight. Much love.
He was an enlightened person ।
Okay listen i hope this would help...
Yoga means joining or union or summation.. there are four paths by which one can realise this union and attain mukti(liberation).
So these path are:
1) Gyana or jnana yoga( the path of knowledge)
2)Karma yoga( the path of action)
3) Raja yoga ( the path of meditation)
4) Bhakti yoga( the path of devotion)- imo all abrahamic religions come under this branch of yoga( I'm not sure as i don't know them deeply enough but thats what they look like to me rit now)
Now about the YOGA that's famous in west or the most common knowledge or ignorance of yoga that most people have.. what that actually is only the 3rd limb of Patanjali's 8 fold yoga, called as Asanas or the different body postures as u guys know it. Thanks.
Thank yu that is SUPER helpful. Really seems like yoga has mapped out all of human experience. Quite amazing. Much love
@@LearnWithUsOriginals love being here.. thank you for ur reply... Btw jiddu Krishnamurthy falls under gyana yogi(the knowledge path yogi). That requires very high intellect. Still since past 200 years we humans have invested a lot in intellect i think thats the way to go for modern humans the path of knowledge for 21st century humans to become on with the cosmos.(or more accurately realise it cuz u r already one with cosmos its just maya or illusion that u have a separate identity)
Understanding JK needs a great deal of unbiased mind. As per m knowledge he destroyes the outlook of following some one about our experience. Truth is prestine and can be experienced with an unadulterated mind alone. Having said this even I stopped following JK due to the respect I gained on him.
That is some next level wisdom! Use the teacher or the practice as a vehicle, and leave it behind when you no longer need it. That is awesome that you have been able to do what he would have wanted: surpass even the need for a teacher. It all lies within, all the truth we seek
@@LearnWithUsOriginals some people are like pole stars showing the seekers their direction. But hanging to pole star will not complete the journey. Love from earth, to another two evolving humans, you guys should visit the evolved one(sadhguru ashram), you should visit to isha foundation, and if possible do the course which they offer in which stay with sadhguru for some time, which is absolutely low in cost course to do, but you get to live with the only one...
Definitely something that we want to do. So much love thank you

It's the sound of silence
I think you are good at listening and pretty much getting what he is saying.I say this not to imply that i understand him better,i am just happened to watch most of his videos and what you say in your pauses matches with what he generally says in other videos when he goes to these matters more deeply and more detailed.
That is great to hear. I am glad what we had to say lined up with your understanding of JK. much love!
