Not really much more power than you local transmitter in Kaluga. ;-) Just a question of much luck and the fact, that Moscow, St. Petersburg, or Novgorod transmitt on very low frequencies around 59 Mhz (VHF-I) which are good for fine propagation to my locaion Geeste in NW-Germany. :-) I can count TV receptions from Russia on my fingers over the year, so I'm proud of that reception. :-)
