ISneezeRazorBlades she can do almost 50 percent with an easy corner combo without meter, IDK if I'd call that mediorce. Her normals aren't really good and her air normals aren't rlly good either, but her t board move is pretty good though, can have some pretty good set up with it in the air.
That combo in the corner already has the condition of being in the corner, look at any confirm outside the corner, her damage is mediocre. Characters like Bedman can do more than half health at mid screen, so I'd say it's definitely mediocre. Pretty much everyone has a situational way of doing half health.
