What is ASMR?
It stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. Most people experience ASMR in the form of tingles, which is often described as an electrifying sensation down your back. It's very relaxing and comforting but it can go as far as to help with anxiety, sleeping problems and stress. Though ASMR is not a medical treatment and I do not give medical advice.

pov: you cant relax until you yawn because you need to take that full deep breath where your lungs fully release air pressure and you can breathe softly and not be panicking about not breathing and then when you do you can sit back and listen to gloves more oiled up than my girl and soft kisses on ear shaped microphones.

For some reason when I heard this ASMR in particular my heart (as a emotional concept) feel lighter... Like it had some sort of chain I didn't known of, but now I feel better don't know why but it helped me to get rid of this emotion I didn't even know, existed
