Weilong V10 is miles better than Gan 12. I have both and the gap is just so huge. Gan 12 is locky, clacky and doesn't feel reliable during fast solves no matter how you set it up. V10 on the other hand is stable, but fast, doesn't lock up and is just a solid cube. I'm still wondering how some people like Tymon can effectively use it on a professional level.
Maybe top cubers like Tymon have been so used to Gan's turning feel. But it's interesting how Yiheng broke the WR (again) right after switching to Moyu...
WRM V10 (Spring) or Tornado V4 (Flagship)? Already watches lotta different videos and still can't choose 😭 I heard that Tornado V4 have weak magnet, tho it have an adjustment for that. And I consider myself an aggressive turner. I'm also thinking about V9. I heard that its performance is really good, but the screw adjustment is bothering me a bit (I want an accurate settings). Nice video btw. And sorry you get this question again (even tho you already have a vid about V10 vs V4). An underrated channel fr!
@@StaringC4t Thank you I really appreciate it☺️ For aggressive turners I often recommend the v9 ballcore, honestly accurate adjustment was my concern too but after adjusting moyu cubes so much, just pulling the 2 sides and checking the center distance work well for me (i loosened each side of the v9 by 90 degrees). I recently got the rs3m v5 ballcore and I found it very good for my turning too (it’s less magnetic than the v9 and the turning feels less premium, but its performance is on par) The tv4 flagship has weak magnets. Even at max (level 5 corner edge magents) it still doesn’t feel ‘crispy’ if you can get what I mean. Like the special thing about the tv4 is how buttery and smooth it is. The v10 has a pretty good adjustment system but I found the loosest setting still too tight, which is why I said it’s not that good for aggressive cubers. BUT, another audience told me that the v10 they just bought is pretty loose, so it’s possible that Moyu changed something in the newer batches. And from what I know, the pi edition of the v10 has looser center travel, so even tho I don’t have the cube, I’d recommend it if you can find it!

I'm not an expert in lube but I use a few drops of martian just to get rid of the 'sandy' feeling on the v10, especially right out of the box. I don't thnk you need slow lube like galaxy or nebula on the v10 cuz it's pretty controllable! Lunar would also be a good choice. My settings are 1 clockwise and 2 counterclockwise (2 elasticity and 1 center travel). I have a video on my gan 12 setting! You had rs3m v5 standard if I remember it right? Both maglev and spring ballcore will be good I only have the maglev so I can't really tell for sure which one is better. But from others' reviews it looks like the spring version is just as good

I tried not to be personal while listing out differences but I wanted to include my preference in as well, as an example of how to find out which cube the audience would prefer!
@@JusTwistCubingactually I used to have both before upgrading from GAN 12-15 and I have to say that these turning feelings are definitely different. Gan created a very light cube to make it fast as you can feel the friction of the surface while wrm V10 reaches incredible speed supported from the 20 magnetic ball core system . Personally, I stand to GAN 12, although some corner magnet rattles have been improved in the newly released Gan 15 to fix the noise error.
Wow I never get corner twist on the v10, I use the loosest center travel (1) and elasticity 2 and I still don't get corner twist. How about you what are your settings?

Yeah I agree with you, Gan cubes are pretty light in terms of turning.
If 15 fixed the catching the gan12 had then it’s definitely an improvement
