I've always just been happy with the animated shows, some things just aren't meant for live action and Dragon ball is one of those. It's just so impossible to turn something so big and beautiful into live action.

I think they should make a series if anything. Any DBZ movie in a typical movie time frame is gonna be very crunched for time as there is sooooooo much story to tell. If they are gonna do live action I think they should plan for at least 5 seasons and maybe do more if it's really doing well.

To be fair the live action Avatar the last airbender was a series as it should have been. Unlike the abomination of a movie that had to speedrun through the entire first book.
