It wasn't actually meant to be a b-side, the band just didn't manage to mix it right before the deadline. Jay said that had they finished the track in time, it would have been on the album.

@@RockinEnabled IIRC it was an interview but I may be wrong. I do remember learning about it though. My guess is it probably would've been track 7, between A/B and Zen Automaton. At least that's where I think it'd flow best without breaking up any of the news segment interludes between other songs, and the title track itself is the perfect song to close out the album.

This song is amazing. Too bad it wasn't included on every release of the album, the Weather, to begin with, as I think it's the best song from those sessions. If this song doesn't make you want to dance you have no soul.
