Mr. Fraser, how will these bills (if passed prior to junior getting turfed) affect the average Canadian citizen?

Probably more consent to click and otherwise unnoticeable. Maybe a little more ads to watch so companies can cover the increased costs. My sense is it won't change much for the average Canadian consumer. But I have no credentials, just my interpretation of Mr Fraser's words.

We need to own the right to our data as a Canadian Citizen and we should have the right to have our data erased by easy request whenever we ask for it from any commercial corporate entity. Data is the new currency and corporate entities have shown time and time again they can't responsibly store our data encrypted at rest so it isn't a commodity that is easily hacked and stolen.

If you are a citizen slave, you have no rights as you are not a man or woman, but rather, a corporate entity. If you want rights, first step is to be a (wo)man.
