    One Year ago this channel uploaded a Video called „Training Swords - Wood, plastic, aluminum alloy or steel?“, and I wanted to ask where the first steel sword was bought (blue handle).

    I think it is heavy to lift opponents hand the way it show in the video, because there is no enough leverage . Just my thinking ....

      You are right. These are not lifts. Supposed to be a full-on, fast strike. It looks like lifting because he has to slow the strike way down for teaching purposes and for safety. These are always full-on, full-speed blows, not leverage lifts.
