The original Diablo's out front of Monte Carlo was the best. Such a great people watching spot. Loved spinning the wheel for happy hour specials.
We loved that Diablo’s. We’ve also had a good meal at the Mirage location. This one kind of fell short, but still a good value with the MyVEGAS reward. Thanks for watching!

It’s a nightmare about 75 percent of the time!
I’ve been playing since 2013 too, and currently have over 5mill LP’s. I think the rewards have progressively gotten worse of the years and I find it hard now to spend the LP’s. I used to love the comp show tickets and buffets (Aria 2 lunch comps was the best), food credit at restaurants like Tender steakhouse & Camelot steakhouse, and the $50 drink credit at Times Square bar.
Best ones now apart from the $25 Konami freeplay which you can use with a comped room is probably 2 for 1 entree at Lemongrass. We’ve redeemed that a couple of times and it’s definitely worth it.
We routinely have rewards expire because we just don’t care that much about losing the LPs. You’re right, they are hard to spend these days!
I went to Diablo’s about a year ago and the ovens were broken that night. When the food did come it was terrible. Will never eat there again! Great video!

How do you use it? After accepting them on myVEGAS, do you have to go to mhm rewards desk and tell them you got rewards on myVEGAS? Just a little confused
@@princesolomon4975 You should receive an email after purchasing a reward, and it will have instructions on how to redeem it. Generally, they do require redeeming at the hotel/casinos rewards counter.

I’ve been playing since 2013 as well and the rewards back then were awesome. I used the 2 free Aria buffets, $50 dining credit at Monterey Carlo. (We used it at Diablos when they were there and we got awful service that day). For free stuff you can’t complain, I just miss the old days.

We absolutely cleaned UP on our first trip after we started playing MyVEGAS back in ‘13. Two tickets to LOVE, two tickets to Zumanity, $75 credit to the Sporting House, and $50 credit to the Bar at Times Square. All 100 percent free! The game got so popular they had to tone down the rewards, but it’s still fun to play and helps out a little bit here or there. Thanks for watching!

Yea the $20 off $40's is a good deal the rest of them were pretty meh. It's nice that they allow you to include alcohol on that as well. I'm not all that big on drinking with my meals, and whenever I'm in Vegas I only eat at max 2 meals a day, sometimes 1 if I have snacks etc in the room. But I would definitely have a couple cocktails after dinner and put it towards that. Shows the ups and downs of myvegas!
Public House had one of the best burgers I’ve ever had, no kidding.
Steak tacos @Diablos were a little too salty! AHI TUNA nachos were amazing @ public house Best nachos I’ve ever had! Must try ! However their Philly Cheese Steak was the worst ! Thanks for your video! Also Park MGM has good match play! 4 per month ! Per My Vegas !

Thank you for all of this info! I didn't realize you needed to visit a desk before you use your reward.. Is this true of the comp rooms too? I have a room reserved at The Mirage with the MyVegas rewards.
Room rewards (and typically show ticket rewards) are redeemed online or over the phone when you book your reservation. Pretty much all other MyVegas rewards must be redeemed at the MGM Rewards desk. Thanks for watching!
Good video. Getting ready to roll solo in the next couple of months myself and have some decent points built up on MyVegas apps. Looks like I will be staying away from the Hersey bar. I kind of had it in my head it would be a chocolate shot or some sort and not a jolly rancher.

No more belagio buffet which is disappointing but as long as Excalibur is still there it’s great plus I enjoyed the juniper lounge at the Park

Great job on the video. We’re going to Vegas in June. Do you have to go to mgm rewards desks on every hotel/place you’re claiming the rewards from? Or one card is universal for everyone.

Great video as I’m going to Vegas solo this time from the UK I don’t know if I could spend $40 on food to get $20 off or is drinks included in that price as well? At the end of the where you showed they have buy one get one free drinks you could have used that and just had 2 drinks for yourself I wish they did a comp buffet. I know I’m deffo going to use the $100 freeplay wonder if they would let me use the $50 free play as well? Also the free cocktail and shot you got how much do you tip? And the $20 off from your food do you tip the total it should have been or the price you’re paying ? If you haven’t done a video yet can you do a video on what to tip and who to tip? As we don’t tip here in the UK so be good to know. I’m now gonna check your other videos out 😃
Yes, you can purchase alcohol with the “$20 off a $40 purchase” rewards.
Freeplay rewards cannot be combined.

I used my MyVegas rewards at mgm national harbor and was supposed to get a free drink at the lobby bar and the mgm rewards desk messed it up and I gave up on MyVEGAS because of that. I stay at mychoice resorts now.
The MGM properties in Vegas are all well versed in redeeming MyVEGAS rewards. I’d say their agents see dozens of them per shift, so they’ve always been pretty efficient at getting us set up. Thanks for watching!

Kinda ridiculous you have to go to the rewards counter every time for something that could easily be done digitally. I'm staying at the Luxor next month for work so my room will be expensed. I'm mainly thinking I'll use the free play rewards.
MGM Rewards doesn't own MyVEGAS, so I'm sure there's some accounting that needs to be done at the desk before they load the reward. Otherwise it probably could be done digitally. Keep in mind that the only freeplay rewards that can be used if your room is comped is the MyKONAMI freeplay. Thanks for watching!

Can you talk about the mechanics behind what is happening at the 7:38 mark? In other words, how do the myVegas rewards associated with the mobile/FB apps get associated with your players card?
The first time you go to the MGM Rewards desk to redeem one, your Facebook account is associated with your MGM Rewards account. After that, all rewards purchased on your MyVegas apps can only be redeemed by your MGM Rewards number. That's how they keep people from "selling" or gifting the rewards to others.
I was in vegas 3 weeks ago, and I had no help with getting to use my rewards. I had my confirmations, These were for Mac King 2 for 1, 25dollar match play and 15dollar match play at park mgm. The rewards desk was not helpful at excalibur. Didn't get to use any, and since then ive credited them back. Not happy about myvegas. But great video.

Were you able to use five rewards? I thought the limit was three in a 30day period. The one Canadian reward at Casino Rama only let us use one :(
Rewards at MGM Resorts are only limited to 3 per 30 days on “premium rewards” only. All other rewards are fair game. You could redeem a dozen of them if you had time.

If you buy coins, you will get extra premium rewards depending on how much you spend on MyVEGAS
Have a question I see you can only use 3 per every 30 days but alot of them last longer than 30 days before you have to redeem. Could you redeem 3 like 35 days before your trip then when you on your trip redeem 3 more would this work?
No, they’re not considered “redeemed” until you actually go to the MGM Rewards desk and have them loaded onto your card or turned into a voucher. Keep in mind, however, that only the rewards designated as “premium rewards” are subject to a limit. Thanks for watching!

Can you use the comp nights in a row if they’re at different hotels ie one night at aria, one at mgm grand , one at Bellagio? One day at each? Or would you recommend using the rewards on something else like free play or f&b credit instead?
No. You have to wait 30 days to reserve another hotel with MyVEGAS rewards
@@Dman425 That's where travelling as a couple helps - 2 consecutive days are booked under different reward accounts and reception links the bookings into one room. If the room can take a 3rd (or 4th) adult then you could get more consecutive days. Same for other reward types i.e. you can use 2 lots of reward savings between the couple.
Going to vegas in February for the first time since discovering the MyVEGAS apps. Already redeemed points for a comped room, and am thinking of redeeming for other rewards too, but I hear lots of people talking about how the Rewards Desk experiences are almost always bad. Can you tell me what kind of bad things I could expect? Haha thanks
Ha, nothing terrible, usually just long waits. Occasionally you’ll have trouble because the person behind the desk doesn’t know how to redeem and credit the reward properly but it usually goes smoothly. Thanks for watching!
It seems at though experiences are hit or miss. Maybe I just always end up at the desk when no one else is going? I never have a wait or any issues. Usually walk right up, the longest I’ve waited is maybe 3 minutes.

The blackjack game cheats hard. The slots are way easier to build up coins in. Overall it’s good as long as you don’t ever spend real money on the apps
