i've noticed as i've been watching ainsley's videos that if barbecue bible is the kid who's just gotten released on summer vacation, his normal cooking show is the kid who just got back to school for the new semester XD if you catch my meaning... like he still cracks jokes, he's still the ainsley harriott we all know and love, but i just... can't shake the feeling that he's having LESS fun in his own kitchen than he does when he's out cooking on the barbecue XD

How would I go about eating this. Is it ok to eat sea bass with the scales on? Because I was taught to descale the fish.
I would use less sesame oil. It is bloody strong in my opinion.
