Suggestion : Extended the time of podcasts we can watch for at least 2hrs+ also in some parts also which can be continued later on later time by audience. Also I am not saying to forcefully extend if its is in the natural way of their schedule and they can carry on with the podcasts surely we can watch
Hanumanji always helps. He will save you from all negative energy. Do Hanuman chalisa daily. Do not be afraid. This is my personal experience. From last 25 years I am doing it.
Yes there is no chance of negative effect of hanuman chalisa ...i used to read hanuman chalisa everyday 11 times a day .....and it gives a great feeling of self actualisation ,self realisation,help in taking right decision I never face any negative effect of hanuman chalisa

Hanuman makes me alert with various bad energy, black magic energy also I hv experienced highest blissful energy in powerful temples. Hence I feel chanting Hanuman chalisa is like a breath for me. It has never made me rigid to sensitivity

I could relate to that point very much n already had this question in mind since many months now. I would like to know more about this, like how do we decided which God i should pray to or which spiritual practice i should follow. Regarding the spiritual practice, the answer may come as , do as your Guru tells you. But what if we don't have a guru or we still haven't met the right guru yet. How do we find the Guru ?

I have experienced miracles doing Hanuman Chalisa - 101 times daily when my dad was in icu for 22 days due to covid- delta. It never compromised with sensitivity but made me stronger to continue and have prompt thinking in making arrangements for platelets, donors, insurance and other finance, supporting dad motivationally.

Bhakti is above any type of yog. Bhakti is tge superior and the most advance form of spirituality as per Shrimad bhagwatam. In yog, a person has to make his path for mukti or moksh by himself, whereas in bhakti god himself will make sure that we get back to him, god takes care of everything. It is शक्तिपात not शक्ति पाठ । Consecration means अभिमंत्रित। It is छिन्नमस्ता not cheenmasta..In my opinion, Mahamrityunjay Mantra is not aimed at enhancing longevity . It is meant for attaining moksha. Truly, it dissolves karma. The knowledge of a young man of barely 23 yrs is tremendous. However, with experience , I hope, Mr Zeel will become an excellent Teacher and may be even a Guru. I think Mr Zeel's concept of the the ultimate reality is like one mentioned in the Upnishads. But that is the final leap.Till then, let us propitiate various forms of God as a preparation.
This is SO interesting. The whole episode for sure, but what stood out for me was the connection of Karma to Neurological Pathways and how this connects with psychology and self development or working on the shadow self and clearing guilt, fear and other emotional baggage and patterns we carry because of our past experiences. Till we dissolve those we will keep getting stuck in similar situations and call them “fate” or “Karma” but once we dissolve that pattern then that situation doesn’t occur anymore or we choose a new response to that same situation and hence “dissolve the Karma”… loved this connection that I could form between these two schools of thought.❤
Yes, there are deeper explanations in Yoga. Our actions create perturbations called Vrittis (Patanjali - "Yoga's chitti vritti nirodha.") in your Chit (Consciousness), and these vrittis get lodged at different levels in your subtle astral body, along the subtle channels - Irda, Pingala, Sushumna, Brahma Nadi, etc. (Brahma nadi is the subtle form of Sushumna.) Think of these channels along with the Chakras as a database where these vrittis (cumulative effects of our all previous actions) get stored. Post death, when the soul enters another body, this database is brought back and influences our DNA. That's how your karma (effects of all pervious actions) enters (in the form of vrittis) into a new body and influences your DNA, and consequently your personality. Environment and our actions create new Vrittis in our Consciousness. That's why Patanjali defined Yoga as "Yoga is Chitti vritti nirodha", or neutralization of the vrittis (perturbations) in your Consciousness. In Yoga once all vrittis are neutralized (i.e. energy is taken away from them), you become free, and find no reason to reincarnate, unless you reincarnate deliberately to help other souls. Note: Guru Nanak was a yogi and meditated deeply with Hindu Yogis before he was enlightened. Most Sikhs forget this or deliberately ignore this fact, thinking that it somehow reduces Nanak. Guru Nanak did not want to start a new religion called "Sikhism". Most Sikhs I've encountered, look down upon Hindu Yoga and Hindus in general, but Hindu yoga is the essence of most spiritual practices... Most Sikhs look at Hindu rituals superficially and laugh at them - "Kya kar rahehain ye log." type of reaction. Most Hindus also are ignorant of their own Hindu Yoga teachings. :( HINDUISM NEEDS SIMPLIFICATION. Keep the deep yogic teachings, and get rid of the rituals or at least simplify them, so that they become palatable to most others.

Bhakti is one of most recommended yoga for Kaliyug the modern age. Liberation is additional Benefit, bhakta can choose if that's what he want.

Natrajan temple in Chidambaram main town is the place where there is a Godly feeling of presence of Shiva.We used to visit in our weekends.When you enter the main door of the temple you get a out of the world experience like as if you entered a some other place such a Godly experience.I feel myself so opportunate to visit Holy Natrajan Temple.

I have been chanting Hanuman chalisa from the age of 7. Today I am 60yrs. Chanting Hanuman chalisa daily have made ne sensitive. Hanuman makes me alert with various bad energy, black magic energy also I hv experienced highest blissful energy in powerful temples. Hence I feel chanting Hanuman chalisa is like a breath for me. It has never made me rigid to sensitivity
This guy is fraud and he doesn’t believe in Bhakti … aur na isne koi shashtras padha hai.. aise log bhakti nahi karte aur yeh drama karte hai.. isne Hanuman Chalisa kabhi nahi padhe.. isse yeh nahi pata jo Bhakti mein hai max log Brahma Mahurat mein he udhte hai… isse pucho ke isse Karthik Maas pata hai.. Bol raha girasthi ka .. humare sab bhagwan ne kabhi nahi bola shaadi na karo.. ram krishn aur shiv sabne shaadi ke hai aur usmein rehkar tumhe sab karna hai.. I don’t know why Ranveer bring these kind of frauds
Is brhamcharya necessary while Hanuman chalisa because I am married and afraid to recite Hanuman chalisa

This temple is located in Cuddalore district of Tamilnadu and is at a distance of ~220KM from Chennai.

The reason why we Hindus are directionless and have not followed the principles of Sanatan Dharm is because after almost 10 centuries of foreign rule and even after independence we were not allowed to teach and study our own religion which is a shame.

I have experienced miracles doing Hanuman Chalisa - 101 times daily when my dad was in icu for 22 days due to covid- delta. It never compromised with sensitivity but made me stronger to continue and have prompt thinking in making arrangements for platelets, donors, insurance and other finance, supporting dad motivationally.

Bhakti is above any type of yog. Bhakti is tge superior and the most advance form of spirituality as per Shrimad bhagwatam. In yog, a person has to make his path for mukti or moksh by himself, whereas in bhakti god himself will make sure that we get back to him, god takes care of everything. It is शक्तिपात not शक्ति पाठ । Consecration means अभिमंत्रित। It is छिन्नमस्ता not cheenmasta..In my opinion, Mahamrityunjay Mantra is not aimed at enhancing longevity . It is meant for attaining moksha. Truly, it dissolves karma. The knowledge of a young man of barely 23 yrs is tremendous. However, with experience , I hope, Mr Zeel will become an excellent Teacher and may be even a Guru. I think Mr Zeel's concept of the the ultimate reality is like one mentioned in the Upnishads. But that is the final leap.Till then, let us propitiate various forms of God as a preparation.
This is SO interesting. The whole episode for sure, but what stood out for me was the connection of Karma to Neurological Pathways and how this connects with psychology and self development or working on the shadow self and clearing guilt, fear and other emotional baggage and patterns we carry because of our past experiences. Till we dissolve those we will keep getting stuck in similar situations and call them “fate” or “Karma” but once we dissolve that pattern then that situation doesn’t occur anymore or we choose a new response to that same situation and hence “dissolve the Karma”… loved this connection that I could form between these two schools of thought.❤
I think once we dissolve our karma, we just purify ourselves then with the devotion of Natraj we could move forward on a promising spiritual path !

Yes, there are deeper explanations in Yoga. Our actions create perturbations called Vrittis (Patanjali - "Yoga's chitti vritti nirodha.") in your Chit (Consciousness), and these vrittis get lodged at different levels in your subtle astral body, along the subtle channels - Irda, Pingala, Sushumna, Brahma Nadi, etc. (Brahma nadi is the subtle form of Sushumna.) Think of these channels along with the Chakras as a database where these vrittis (cumulative effects of our all previous actions) get stored. Post death, when the soul enters another body, this database is brought back and influences our DNA. That's how your karma (effects of all pervious actions) enters (in the form of vrittis) into a new body and influences your DNA, and consequently your personality. Environment and our actions create new Vrittis in our Consciousness. That's why Patanjali defined Yoga as "Yoga is Chitti vritti nirodha", or neutralization of the vrittis (perturbations) in your Consciousness. In Yoga once all vrittis are neutralized (i.e. energy is taken away from them), you become free, and find no reason to reincarnate, unless you reincarnate deliberately to help other souls.
Note: Guru Nanak was a yogi and meditated deeply with Hindu Yogis before he was enlightened. Most Sikhs forget this or deliberately ignore this fact, thinking that it somehow reduces Nanak. Guru Nanak did not want to start a new religion called "Sikhism". Most Sikhs I've encountered, look down upon Hindu Yoga and Hindus in general, but Hindu yoga is the essence of most spiritual practices... Most Sikhs look at Hindu rituals superficially and laugh at them - "Kya kar rahehain ye log." type of reaction. Most Hindus also are ignorant of their own Hindu Yoga teachings. :( HINDUISM NEEDS SIMPLIFICATION. Keep the deep yogic teachings, and get rid of the rituals or at least simplify them, so that they become palatable to most others.

Devotion is needed for any sadhana in beginning or in end. Hanuman Chalisa is glorification of Hanuman and it's chintamani means can manifest anything and everything. Bhakti is one of most recommended yoga for Kaliyug the modern age. Liberation is additional Benefit, bhakta can choose if that's what he want.
I have been following Zeel since long ago, love the way he define and describes the religious aspects with scientific reasoning. Our Vedic knowledge is such vast and so intriguing, the young generation could learn from Zeel a lot. Can we have few more sessions with Zeel.

I have done my Engineering from Chidambaram . Natrajan temple in Chidambaram main town is the place where there is a Godly feeling of presence of Shiva.We used to visit in our weekends.When you enter the main door of the temple you get a out of the world experience like as if you entered a some other place such a Godly experience.I feel myself so opportunate to visit Holy Natrajan Temple.

He is right about Hanuman Chalisa i used to recite Hanuman chalisa n had very scary dream then i chanted thrice a day dream became even more fierce I stopped it 6 years ago n that horrifying dream never ever appeared since then!
