Growing up lower middle class, I was used to not getting and not having. As I got older, I would obtain the best for what I needed, but did not feel the need to compare myself to others. I figured I could get it eventually, or it wasn’t meant for me to have. I will not trouble myself with comparison because I know there is no happiness in objects anyway. I get frustrated when other people obsess over things, and waste so much time, energy and money on stuff that brings a microsecond of joy.
How to overcome comparison issues… even i knw nothing will happen but i struggle i lot and on top of this i compare myself for some activity which is yet to happen 😂 and make myself vulnerable
