Great video! Loved seeing you pop off this year. It's been wild. Note to the editor: Excellent song choice, wish the editing was a little less aggressive though. The high contrast filter and zooms detract from the gameplay more than enhance it. Melee players are capable with seeing how sick something is even if it isn't highlighted by the editing, we just need the cut to it. The cuts were good, the panning artistic shots in the opening and ending were good, and the structure was good. A couple years back Zain made a parody combo video which is basically everything you shouldn't do in a melee combo video. Well in fairness the video isn't solely meant for melee players, additionally its more so a highlight reel than a traditional combo video, so condensing a year's worth of events into 3 minutes is pretty difficult without habing to exclude some stuff. I appreciate the feedback though! Definitely understandable
nah i usually don’t complain but jmook is sick as hell and this is just an over edited video of him taking a last stock with a fair and then grabbing the ledge like the clips aren’t him taking the last stock, its the sick shit that happens leads to that point, it couldn’t have been that hard to find him absolutely saucing someone in and put it in there ??
I felt like I included a good amount of sick combos primarily from his stream, but otherwise condensing a year's worth of majors into one song is quite difficult without some exclusions. I get what youre saying though!
