Are you going to do another Pull and Legs workout to pair with this Push one? Disregard if you addressed this in video, I worked out earlier so haven't watched this one yet. I already own all of your bands, and the handles. I'm thinking of ordering another set of the orange, red, and black bands, as those get used on the most exercises. That will make switching between exercises faster. You can get a lot done just using combinations of those bands! I've not used the big gray band on anything yet. I might never, I'm old and have arthritis in my knees. It's there just to motivate me.
Thanks for following, we appreciate it! "Push" exercises are those that train muscle groups responsible for pushing, which are chest, shoulders, and triceps. Not all of the exercises need to be a form of the bench press to be classified as push exercises as long as we are focusing on growing the muscle groups responsible for pushing.
I think resistance bands still get bad PR since a lot of people who comment on resistance band videos are older people in their 40s to 70s which is a shame cause I as a man in his early 20s LOVE resistance bands. This hurts the potential to bring in younger customers. I hope more people in my age range would give these a chance.
As always Brandon, AWESOME VIDEO! KEEP ON ROCKING!
Glad you liked it! Appreciate you continuing to watch!
Thank you.
You're welcome! We hope you enjoy the workout!

I follow you a lot. I’m a bit confused on this one they are clearly not push exercises.
