Ahh he has such a pretty smile~ and the water works for his skin but there definitely is such a thing as too much water and that coffee amount could definitely kill him, I’m sure after this episode he’ll get better and have a higher self esteem

Diamond Logan even without the coffee, that much water intake would kill him. The lungs wouldn’t be able to handle it and would collapse. He’s definitely addicted to both water and caffeine.

He really needs to work with his doctor that he sees regularly to wean himself off such high amounts of water and caffeine so that he doesn't suffer severe withdrawal symptoms. Hopefully he'll also see a psychologist or therapist of some sort because it sounds like he has body dysmorphia from being fat for so long and enduring all the things things those nasty classmates said/ did to him. He's obviously handsome and he clearly doesn't see that (he might also have saggy skin from such a big weight loss so that could contribute to being unconfident).That is not something that will go away easily even if he does get down to a healthy baseline physically.

Dude rice with coffee is good,we do have a traditional here in the Philippines if we don’t have to eat with rice so we just make a coffee and pour a little bit to the rice and it’s tasty 😍😋😋😋😋

Drinking too much of water will caused excessive water to your lungs. Its good to drink water but not too much. Everything should be taken moderately .
It is a problem only if he drinks 2L or more at once as the kidney can't tolerate but 6L a day is not excessive.

My little nephew has a few disabilities that cause him to struggle with speech and holding things. His mom got an email earlier today talking about how his classmates are picking on him and he was crying and was inconsolable. His mom had to go pick him up. Such a sad world.

I think its cos of nowadays parents are less harsh? And they dont discipline their children as much as last time now threats are less scary? I used to be scared of talking back to my mom or someone cos i would be scolded or punished but nowadays their children dont care and are less conscious of other peoples feelings and their words and actions and i guess theyre less mature than last time? But its just my opinion so idk

They force him to look in her eyes and then when he finally does, they tease him about it. He went right back to looking away. I do like this show but sometimes they're not the most sensitive. Eye contact can be hard for people even with good self esteem, it's not something you should force.

I agree...i knew someone who's sinilar to him and i remember he fainted and didn't really how much control of his motor skills or his body and after the doctors examined him they concluded that it was because of too much water intake

It's bad because your kidneys can't filter too much water in one sitting. The excess water gets absorbed into the cells and too music water in the cells causes them to expand. Which is normally okay since the muscle and tissue are flexible but very dangerous for the brain. The brain is surrounded by the cranium, which is your skull and it can't expand. This causes brain damage and sometimes death. Also, consuming too much water can alter your pH levels which can make you very sick. Hopefully this is understandable. 😊
the fact that he said he sees himself the same as when he was fat is part of having anorexia and I'm not saying he does, but it is a symptom
could be a lot of things, maybe body dismorphia either way this show entertains a lot of serious issues that should be handled by professionals and not taken lightly. I know it's doing a good job trying to break the stigma of openly talking about issues like this publicly in S.Korea but still it only takes one time for their advice to go completely wrong

It's not exactly anorexia since not every anorexic person has body dysmorphia, but it's more of just body dysmorphia itself
true. when I had anorexia, i didnt have a body dysmorphia/ didn't have a really intense one at least. I think my anorexia stemmed from feeling like im a horrible human being (me and my best friend that time argued and never got back together. I was disgusted by my actions and yeaaaa.)

Excessive thirst could actually be a symptom of diabetes, he should definitely go to a doctor to get it checked. Its dangerous to drink so much water because u lose electrolytes.

Uh ii drink a lot of fizzy drinks and drinks in general and get thirsty all the time like every 5 minutes like atleast 2 litres of fizzy drinks everyday, Its not because I waht to but I just cant stop.
I was thinking the same thing when they talked about how he can’t resist drinking water, his weight loss and his frequent need to go to the toilet which are all symptoms of type 1 diabetes

Drinking too much water can lead to water intoxication (hyponatremia). There’s only so much liquid, (yes even water) that your kidney can flush out. The main thing is that your sodium levels are responsible for balancing fluids in your body, if you drink too much water it goes from your blood to your cells. These cells will swell up and, worst case scenario, your brain will start swelling. He needs to stop and let his body rest or else he’ll start having seizures and end up in a coma. He needs serious help.

Being constantly thirsty may be a symptom of diabetes (polydipsia) . He should go to the doctor as soon as possible.
It shld be on the show as this involves bullying and it can show ppl like wat consequences and torture it can bring to ppl. We shld raise awareness on this issue. Some ppl even killed themselves over it.
