That's strange. We've just checked it and the download link seems to work fine on our end, so it seems like an isolated issue of some sort. It would probably be a good idea to check your browser settings to see if there's anything that could be preventing the downloads.

It all looks to be working fine on this end - does the file actually start downloading, or do you get a 404, or is there some other error? - Andrius
try right clicking the link, then copy the link's address then paste it into the browser's address bar. Worked for me
