You are a lifesaver! I'm knee deep in my bachelor thesis and thought i could just use python for my statistics. But I just can't find any library for my factorial mixed ANOVA design (should have thought about that previously... i know). Best i could get my hands on were one-way mixed ANOVAs and an ordinary least square regression, which can presumably also be used for factorial mixed ANOVA, but i just don't understand it.
But some of my data is not homogenous (and some is not spherical too, but you explained that already :)). Do you have a suggestion what i could do about it in Jamovi?
