What’s the max height in the air for a roller coaster for frontier city

I believe it`s around 250ft. if I`m not mistaken. After that, the park/Six Flags/Cedar Fair would need to go to the city counsel for the height related issue. Eruption could only go 250 ft. without getting that from the City of OKC.
