Maurice PEREZ, Israeli choreographer for over 42 years, has choreographed more than 70 Israeli dances (Circle, Line, Couple) and created more than 60 for children.
Due to his Sephardic origins, Maurice has choreographed several suites of Judeo-Spanish dances, for his 2 dance groups in Montreal including "DANSE SÉFARDI DU MONDE" and "HARIMON ISRAELI DANCERS" in addition to the troupe from Boston, USA "HARMACOR" .
“EL SUENO DE LA HYJA DEL REY” is the first Sephardic dance he created for the public.
Due to his training as a dancer, both in Ballet, Jazz, Renaissance dance, Mime, and being equally at ease in Yemenite, Hassidic dance, or ancient Israeli and Modern dance. Through his creations, Maurice offered us a multitude of dances so varied encompassing all aspects of life, for example: Love, Prayer, Joy, Peace and his Love for Israël
Maurice PEREZ, chorégraphe Israélien depuis plus de 42 ans, il a chorégraphié plus de 70 danses Israéliennes ( Cercle, Couple, Line) en plus d'avoir créé plus de 60 danses pour les enfants.
De part ses origines Sépharades, Maurice a chorégraphié plusieurs suites de danses Judéo-Espagnoles, pour ses 2 groupes de danse à Montréal dont "DANSE SÉFARDI DU MONDE" et "HARIMON ISRAELI DANCERS" en plus pour la troupe de Boston, USA "HARMACOR".
