I feel really bad for boombI4. We all do mistakes in our early 20's and tend not to listen to everyones advice as long as we feel happy. Even if we are taken for granted. This will be a huge life lesson for him and i hope he'll get over it soon unlike dev1ce. That man is so broke after the breakup.

Im so happy NAVI won the Spring Finals, well deserved. NAVI still best team. Hopefully they can keep up the good form in Cologne and going into the next Major.
I think B1ad3 is sometimes a really underappreciated coach. You can hear how much respect S1mple has for this guy when he talks about him.
Definitely not under appreciated. Every caster, analyst desk, and interviewer always talk about Blad3. I mean he’s known as the reason NaVi has any tactical genius at all. As a coach he gets more spotlight than any other coach out there by far because his impact on NaVi is insane.

7:41 And I have to say in discussions with friends who always said Navi are some unstoppable team I have always always said... they are super stoppable because boomb4 was a massive weak link. His primary role of IGL... dont think he did it well. S1mple alludes to it but it was pretty clear that S1mple and Electronic were already making a lot of calls and Blad3 was always the real leader and best caller of the group. You saw it. The prep notes, amazing ct setups and way everytime they were losing rounds a timeout with blade got them back on track...you could see boomb4 was not the smartest player. Then all the stupid over aggressive stuff boomb4 was doing. He was awful B side Inferno. There was a period of 6 months where he literally sat sandbags without a support setup for the first 20 secs of every round. So punishable it was unreal. It took him taking 50+ nade damage every round for a few tournaments and I assume some serious work from blade and the team to change his approach.

This audio inexcusably needs some work… Assuming this is the limitation of their hardware, you can do a lot with software filtering to remove a good amount of this background noise. Really hard to hear. That being said, good interview, just hard to enjoy 😅

Yeah, we know the audio is not ideal. To clarify, it was a press conference held by BLAST - so it was not our call to have it in a room with a loud ventilator.

Oh come on Pley. As the comments obviously state quite clearly, this video is of very low quality. You know this because you watch them before posting them. And still you did not add subtitles or try to optimize the sound for us to actually hear the questions (and also some parts of the answer). If you want to deliver - deliver quality please.
Hi my man. We would obviously like for the version to be better, but our thoughts towards this was to make the video available as soon as possible for our viewers despite the low quality. The reasoning for this was, that we thought the content of the video was important enough to trump the quality issues. We are trying to submit subtitles, but right now RUclips are taking a long time synchronising.
On another note. We do not have a lot of manpower to be delivering the services, that you are asking for. Right now we have a guy in Lisbon doing seven interviews a day, where he has to do everything by himself (recording, interviewing, editing and publishing), while we have one man at the newsdesk writing news for our site. That is our reality, and though we hope to grow bigger, we can only do so much at a time.

And thank you for your long and explaining answer to my/our complaint. I understand you are in a clinch between getting the video out to the fans and delaying it by making the quality (that being subtitles or mastering the sound a bit) better. I hope you grow bigger as you have some of the most hands-on interviews in cs e-sports. In fairness, this was a one-off from the interviews I´ve seen on this channel. My critisism was a bit harsh. I know how hard it is to deliver a good product, especially when under-staffed.
If I knew this before the major in Antwerp, I would reach out to offer a good deal on a stay at our hotel there to help you guys out a bit.

Boombl4's wife openly supported Russia's atrocities in Ukraine (S1mple's home country if you missed it), and Boombl4 was fine with it because she's hot I guess. That's not a brotherly thing to do on Boombl4's part. You reap what you sow, he deserves nothing from S1mple or Navi.

As far as I know Boombl4 married a Russian "instagram model" with a certain reputation some instagram models are famous for, who then left him. When the war broke out and Russia went under massive sanctions the girl returned to Boombl4. Because of her Boombl4 was lingering with his official relocation from Russia while being playing for a Ukrainian organisation. His wife posted not only happy photos of her with Boombl4 but also pictures supporting Russian military in its invasion into Ukraine. So let's all wish Boombl4 a life time of happiness and a happy marriage that lasts no matter what
