Sucks to see Stewie go but I think it's for the best. Obviously this team doesn't get along as he says and as soon as one thing goes wrong it turns into a shit show. Team needs better chemistry like what made 2019 liquid so great

then 3-4th katowice (beating new faze, vitality and navi hot of blast win) thats an amazing result by itsself
then made it out of groups only losing to astralis at proleague and beating vp who were finalist of katowice and they lost to a "To be insane g2 who became 3rd best team behind gambit and navi

Everyone here trashing on stew way too much. This guy has had it rough and is desperate to win, the way he acted was very unprofessional but it isn't unwarranted. I hope he gets put on a different team because TL isn't what it used to be anymore now

Crazy how people are completely blowing the Stewie/Fallen argument out of proportion. They exchanged a few words regarding poor decision-making by Fallen and they argued a little, people are acting as if Stewie was flaming him relentlessly.
remember there are a LOT of fallen fans that worship him like some sort of a god (ridiculous) so yeah, any player who says anything to fallen will be targeted as a "toxic player" as if whatever fallen says or does is divine law

@@krelle22 he is way better player than most people think to be honest. His role is just the low scoring type both being ign and entry fragger. It's the type whwere you msotly wont get kills much because either you're focused on the positioning and intel of your teammates and you dying first because of entry fragging.

It's almost like Stewie is just a normal human being who is prone to make mistake and get lost in the heat of the moment .Not saying he should lash out like that but what he did was understandable since it's possibly his last game under the Liquid banner after 3 long successful years .
The guy is very passionate about his team and most importantly he always focus on winning .Too bad Liquid couldn't end it all in glory but every Liquid fan is greatful for his contribution to the team .

Just because he is not your fucking goodie two shoes "yes man" doesn't mean that he shouldn't belong in the pro scene . He is on the contrary one of the most well accomplished and recognized pro in the scene right now .
I don't encourage that type of behaviour but people seem to forgot it was his last game for the team and when you have faced with a less than stellar team atmosphere couple with poor results and mishaps for more than 2 years then alot of pent up frustration could show itself .

Fallen and stewie are not fighting, please guys lets relax lol they just mean in terms of the match, if one argument is had mid match then they all feel on edge and or sensitive and the mindset of winning goes away! Thats why when Fallen and Stew fighting about Fallen not dying for him, then outta nowhere no one can win. Its because its such a high stakes game and any negative energy puts them off for some reason. If they were much closer friends they might have been able to get passed the small bickering

stewie LITERALLY talked shit about grim in an hltv interview and said how he's slow at adapting and doesnt put much effort (refer to stewies hltv interview).
stewie talked shit to fallen in a middle of the game and refused to look at him during the preceding rounds (refer to map 1, round 11 of liquid v navi 4th place decider on blasts' stream).
stewie/elige have complications with fallen about the way leadership should be implemented (refer to stewies hltv interview).
fallen throwing subtle hints about personality clashes with elige (refer to fallens homage/goodbye post about elige, he made one about every teammate to say nice things but he put hints that they had clashes),
elige's personality is known to be difficult (refer to moses - liquid's FORMER coach - statements on hltv confirmed about how there was a particular player that made things difficult in liquid
AND
refer to the liquid video where they tierlist teams at the major - starts off very vocal about EG's placement in the lowest tier and when others disagree due to how 'their friends are there', he quite literally shuts up for the rest of the video and doesnt say a thing - says alot about how adamant he is about doing things HIS way and how he gets pissed when others take control or do things differently)
and finally; this video. stewie alludes to prior disagreements with fallen.

It was their final game. Stew was playing bitch roles in the team for god knows how long, ofc he would have a burst out someday. And it wasn't even that bad, s1mple used to literally flame flamie. Stew and Fallen are good friends and Fallen even said Stewie is his boy when he joined TL. Stop making this scene more dramatic than it is!
The rumoured EG lineup with Stew looks very good, ngl. I just hope they get a solid IGL to take control. Maybe they could somehow get AleksiB to join them.
In no world would EG be able to wrestle Aleksib from G2's hands, not when G2 has NiKo, huNter, and m0NESY. And G2 is probably gunning for Aleksib because of nexa's visa issues and because good IGLs are hard to come by.

You can definitely tell that this team has had a toxic enviroment the entire year (if not longer), and I think Stewie contributed to that unfortunately. The clash of the IGL role and the treatment of Grims role in the team has created a bad mental for the team and it is really unfortunate to see. I have great respect for Stew but seems very unprofessional the attitude he has had towards the players and the team.

Based on the countless interviews were it's stated that Stewie and Fallen clashed because of different ideas over the igl role. But I still have respect for him, just that this gameday was quite unprofessional from Stewie
