Police Arrest Suspected Kidnappers, Others In Several Locations In Katsina

The Katsina state police command says it has arrested some suspected kidnappers, arsonists, rapists and motorcycle snatchers terrorizing residents in the state.
The police command said it is also investigating some people in connection with culpable homicide.
