did you know that ceramic though has lower durability protects from as many round as steel and blocks 100% of damage until broken so if you going for a tank build bring ceramic and an armorer

Mobility doesn’t seem to be very important, as you cannot outrun bullets.
its not so much outrunning bullets but inertia. heavier armor takes a ramp up speed. that could make a difference in a split 2nd decision.

to be fair this guide is old so i dont doubt values and stats have changed.
