If the whole material existence is merely apperance (Maya) why would GOD move, he just have to project, like our mind project the whole world of dream that doesn't mean that our mind moves. The mind is all pervaiding in the dream. God cannot move, the Unmanifested Parabraham is अचल (Immovable). It is निर्विकार, It cannot move. It is ever-changless. It's the screen of pure consciousness behind the movie of Material world. Screen doesn't change.
