So it's not just me who opens RUclips to play a MindAmend video at 8am planning a productive day, then realizes suddenly it's 4pm and I've somehow wasted 8 hours watching cat videos and shorts about haircuts and mushrooms and have no idea how it happened?
Yes. This is amazing for focus. I sometimes listen to a clock ticking for focus (see pomodoro technique). Techno is 1K times better than a ticking clock. 😊 And @MindAmend is the king of focus.
oh wow this one started automatically after something else i wat listening to... whoa what an intro, got my gears moving within seconds. I reacted like that Hato dj guy when he hears something good lol. Thanks Jason Lewis, I swear all the ADHD music you find is nature sounds and meditation and stuff that puts me into a blank state and then to sleep. These are what work for me jeje I'm an ADHDult
@@MindAmend it's not even about liking, it's that it's useful. I don't know if it's the hum or the beat (probably the way you mix the two) but I just get in the zone, I get work done, I can hold on to a train of thought for longer. I have found myself remembering your honey badger one when i am doing something that requires me to focus but i can't listen to it. It must be funny for others who see me from the outside, to hear me hum a beat and periodically say "all the way down" like that tune in the honey badger mix lol BTW that one is my all time fav. Thank you so much.
So dialed into Hydraulic Engineering HW, it only took me til 2:42:59 to realize that metal cluncking sound was part of the track 🤣 (granted, I am on 1 hour of sleep at 3 in the afternoon, but we can take this as a compliment to Jason nonetheless!)
Thank you for the fix! I hardly noticed, but paying close attention to things isn't exactly my forte 😃 and I like this one a lot so I'm glad you brought it back!
Thanks for the re-up! I was bummed that it disappeared for a aec until i checked your channel. Any track recommendations with these in mind? • upbeat, med-high tempos • punctuated beats • not too melodic • subtle binaural beats
man I usually listen to hard techno to help focus with my ADHD but the words and short length of the songs really don't keep me focused, your playlists are fantastic! Are you a DJ? Do you compose these yourself? also my son most likely has ADHD too and every morning now he loves to get to pick an animal while we get ready, currently his fave is the sheep and the french bulldog! Thanks mate really enjoy your stuff
Hi Kurt, thanks for your appreciation of what I'm doing. I'm not a DJ. It all started when I first discovered brainwave entrainment audio and isochronic tones, when I was looking for somthing to help me be more focused when I was working. I started to learn how it all worked and began trying to combine music with the tones to make them more pleasant to listen to. It's the brainwave entrainment effects side of the audio where my main expertise is. I've been learning along the way to make better mixes. I don't currently compose the individual music tracks. I spend a lot of time sourcing and licensing tracks that I think could go well together in a mix. I then order and produce the music compostion/mix, then layer in my isochronic tones and amplitude entrainment effects.
As an Aries, I am so into this jam. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all of your focus playlists. It’s the only way that I can get through long slogs of late night work. 🙏🏽🙏🏽
Thank you :)! This is my favorite track to work to. Unfortunately there are still a lot of volume spikes in it.... would it be possible to fix it? Thank you so much in advance
This music really helps! How long have you been making music for? I just wanted to let you know it really helps, and I appreciate you! Here's money lol.
Note: This is a re-upload of my previous video that had a few volume spikes in it. This is the new updated version.
Thank you very much 🙇
Thanks Jason, really wanted to listen to all of this one!
Thank you! I had a note to let you know about those spikes, thanks for taking care of it so quickly!
Thanks Jason!
Awesome, thank you for fixing the spikes!
They should make a category at the grammy awards for focus-enhancing music. Your talent would destroy the competition!!
What competition?….
I can't do lofty beats, I fall asleep too quick. As someone with ADHD this helps a lot!
This reminds me of playing Tetris before exams to make my mind focus. The repetitive music and gameplay really put me in the zone.
This channel is the only way I am making it through bar exam prep all summer. Blessings to ya!
Most days your music is the only thing that allows me to get anything done. The other days I just don’t try to do anything.
Thanks sir for spreading love.
Cheers from Saudi.
I'm so happy this is on RUclips music since that's how I avoid falling down RUclips rabbit holes. Thanks Jason!!
That is absolutely the truth... I just get into a safe space immediately... I get shedloads done... without going manic. So appreciate what you do.

Thank you so much for these. My ADHD has resisted every single available med; these are the only way I'm able to not suffer through my workday.
Please make more tracks like this. This is one of my favorites! Not just for focus but also for listening to.🙏🙏🙏
Don't sleep on the _Techno Sheep_
🎉
DONT SLEEP ON THE SHEEP, came back for this exact comment. its the best
I plan on doing just that. Most of these focus mixes I use to help me sleep. And you can't stop me.
I really like all of your techno type focus beats, but this one has me literally banging my head along with the beat. So good!
Same the second I clicked on it my head started bobbing 😂
same here. and studying faster too. excellent work.

Jason, your tracks are the soundtrack to my life by now. Thank you!!
Thanks for listening Lara!
@@MindAmend Can I download your music in mp3 quality? Will it still maintain the same quality? Thank you very much
@@ill2498-g9p I'm sorry, this track is only available on RUclips.
@@ill2498-g9p There are ways to do it if you are determined enough. You can also cache RUclips videos for offline use.
My GODDDD this mix is amazing!! 1:26:43 goes crazyyyyyyy.
Thanks for all you do Jason, your mixes are top-tier!! 👯💃
DJ Jason Lewis in da house yo! Get them hands in the air!!
Jason, my focus on study is so much better than it was without music or the piano music or rain/wind noises on other studymusic channels! Thank you!
i am not getting anything done but i am jamming out with sheep!

Another banger by Jason
That's what's up! Getting ready for the day 🎉
Now this is natural high!
Hark, here! Merrily doth the algorithm giveth!, did gleefully declare the hordes of ye in absence of focus and attention!
thanks for such reliable and awesome content!
I'm listening to this to pass the time while I repair the very servers it streams from lol
I would love a stay awake while driving mix. It's so unsaved to be tired. 7 more hours to go. Ugh!

This one may be close to that: ruclips.net/video/4eaPezGItBs/видео.htmlsi=gDC_3zhpmIoWoi4n.

49:00 and on is delishhhhh!
nice! also do you think you could smooth out by beat matching the mixes? some of the train-wrecks are very distracting.
Where my fellow Aries at? 🐏
Nice!

Fluffy Goat Mix
nice mix. gets so much louder at 47:10 tho
Thanks for your feedback.
@@MindAmend thanks for all your mixes they're great ;)

And think about the sheep. 🐏🎼
But I'm bound to drop some pounds this way.
