Try putting him to bed later. Also black out curtains and possibly a shirt that smells like you. I’m sure you have a sound machine but try brown noise it works good ! My daughter struggled too. I switched to one nap and putting her to bed later. She sleeps 10-12 hours through the night with these changes. Every baby is different so sometimes you to switch it up. Good luck mama
