You can live in the reachest and nicest place in the world but if the people surroud you stinks in every way, shape and form, it makes it turns a hell to live there. Sometimes the culture and the people of a nation, makes it the best place to be and that is priceless..

Rugs is a choice and you can buy tons of rugs at the nearest shopping places if you like. People in CR concider rugs as a dirty nest for microbes, no wonder why many people in cold weather countries have many respiratory diseases. Personally I wear sandals when I am at home not barefoot...
The third world term is very pejorative! I imagine that you are capable of mentioning a country in the world today that is first world. And please do not even mention the United States because democracy and the health of that country is equal to or worse than any of a third world country
