Thank you. I love doing this one daily and the longer video a few times a week. I started doing for relaxation and self care during quarantine but I see and feel a difference with my puffiness from allergies. Do you have a video with the jade roller?

Hi from france! Im glad i found your channel! I tried the massage today, ive had some kind of oedema on the lower part of my cheeks for a few months and cant get rid of it, blood word done i have nothing wrong. Today, when massaging the point under the ears, (when your throat hurts you feel it there, like you said in the video) and they do hurt! So i guess there is something about my lymphatic system, thank you so much ill be practising

@@lodixe5947 Hi, TMJ as in the temporomandibular joint. It gets inflamed and wreaks havoc on the jaw, the ears, the neck, and can cause headaches. Speaking from experience. Hope you have found some relief. Best.
@@damarisrodriguez5118 how did you get it diagnosed? I had an mri and they found small particules on my lower cheeks (could be hyaluronic acid residus that have migrated and my body is attacking them by creating some kind of inflammation)
@@lodixe5947 Well, I have an autoimmune disease that causes inflammation around the body and TMJ is almost always associated with it. It was diagnosed years ago by a dentist, believe it or not. Pain in that joint is usually a tell tale sign of TMJ. I can almost live with that pain, the pain in my ears and the headaches are the worst for me.
