Tommy - a 13 year old Brown Swiss steer - is owned by Fred Balawender (USA), who has loved and cared for him since he was rescued at just two days old.
Tommy was measured to an official height of 1.87 metres (6 ft 1 in) and is estimated to weight roughly 3000 lbs (1360 kg)

Old Ben, the world's largest steer, is 6.5 feet tall and 16.25 feet long. He weighs between 4,585 and 4,720 pounds.
Not stopped growing eh, maybe he might become the tallest bull/steer ever, (assuming the record held by blossom only applies to cows or females and not all generally accepted cows). I would also like to visit him along with many other attractions one day.
