As others have pointed out, oathsworn eye is a good choice if you have it. Also TTDS might work with mono cryo which would actually be huge. Further testing required.

She got her release alongside furina, of course she gets drowned out a bit. She's a fun unit and I use her alongside furina, she's really easy to play and build. Also I like her design an character a lot.
For those who have oathsworn eye, don't sleep on it. It gives you both atk and er by a substantial amount

i still think r5 prototype amber is better due to the extra healing it provides especially when you have high hp pools like neuvillette and/or furina on the team. but it could be a great option aswell if you dont have billets for it

I got a crazy ten pull with Furina, Mona, Furina back to back, but no Charlotte...
Charlotte is aight for Wriothesly, he doesn't really need to burst every rotation so he's not looking to funnel, though double cryo does help Charlotte build energy.
I'd honestly prefer Sayu or Jean if you have them just for the VV shred. Though, if you have Furina for Ayaka/Ganyu freeze teams, I think she's a much better alternative than Diona to maximize Furina buffs. A bit less battery potential over Diona, but the damage is comparable to having Kazuha, or better, with Furina buffs.
@@flipside9608 I prefer Charlotte over Jean because using Charlotte grants me a slot for Kazuha or Sucrose.
Here's my thoughs on Charlotte, as well as a tldr for lazy people.
Tldr: level burst, give ER and ATK%
More in depth details:
• Lv 80 is good enough
• Leveling NAs and skill is not required unless you want to improve her personal dmg.
• Press skill is 3 cryo particles with 6s dot duration
- Hold skill is 5 cryo particles with 12s dot duration.
• lv 8 burst (more with cons) is instant 410.5% ATK+3016 healing AND 14.7% ATK+107 regen for 4 seconds.. aka A LOT.
• like Jello said, she has energy issues, with a 80 cost burst.
• Good weapons are
- Fav Codex (for er needs)
- Proto amber (for extra healing and energy restoration to all party members)
- Oatsworn Eye (event weapon with high base attack for 4☆ and atk% substat. Using skill gives her 48% er for 10s)
- TTDS can work too, but keep in mind her er requirements. Having more cryo characters helps for sure
• Good Artefacts for her are:
- 4p Tenacity of milellith (20% atk to all party members and doesn't require burst)
- 4p Noblesse (20% atk but requires burst, milellith is better imo)
- 2p emblem + 2p maidens (generic 20% er + 15% healing bonus... i think healing bonus is better that a 18% atk bonus, you can always swap 2p maidens for 2p of any other set that gives atk)
- 4p oceanclam (maybe worth using since she heals a lot? might be overkill at this point. I'd stick to other sets tbh, for more consistency)
• For main stats: ER/Atk%/Atk% (crit rate circle for fav)
- Substats: ER and Atk% (crit rate for fav)
• C1 gives extra regeneration
• C2 extra attack for better healing
• C3 is +3 burst levels
• C4 helps with er requirements but doesn't fix her (no you can't fix her, don't be weird) basically if burst hits enemies marked with skill then you get a max of 10 energy back
• C5 is useless
• C6 is another way to heal
• Very flexible unit over all, can fit in many teams.

She’s fantastic and probably best support for future Fontaine DPS who will benefit from hp change.
Furina took all my books so I have nothing left for her for now but with the new artifact set coming I’m looking forward to every healer in general getting a nice boost.
She has been feeling so good for me. She is C6, but I've found her cryo app regardless of constellation to be really nice since it isn't circle impact. Also she feels so much fun on field as a driver. I'm excited about having her.
Love her with Neuvi and Furina and fav codex helps Furina out a bunch

I just build her cause she is so fucking cute, also the animation when she takes photos is 10/10
I'm pretty sure Sigewinne will be the 5* healer. She is literally a nurse. Maybe she will also reduce our HP with her poisonous food too.

Will end up playing her, as she is the only decent full-team-healer I have.
Interesting how both Furina and Charlotte can make good use of old event weapons: Furina with Festering Desire and Charlotte with Oathsworn Eye. Feels like keeping them and making good care of them however useless they may have seem to be back then was good decision.

I've been looking for a home for my festering desire for so long, never expected the archon would be it but I'm so happy. Leveled up oathsworn for Charlotte and got to keep fav codex for other units.
I got Charlotte C6'd before getting my Furina's C2. After I'm done maxing Furina, she will be next!
She's the first c6 character that I got by accident! I love her so much, she always on my team rn.
I’ve had an R5 Fav Codex just sitting for months. Good to finally have a user for it! I thought about just scrapping it for weapon XP, but I’m glad I didn’t.
You can use her with ttds pretty easily on a Eula team. Also oathsworn eye is basically her best weapon.
Yeah, it gives her plenty of attack plus 48% ER for 10 seconds every time you use her skill. Sure you don't get extra particles from fav codex or the energy from prototype amber, but it's still a great option imo!
This update is just becoming an event weapon celebration at this point 😂

@@thesleepymew481 From what I understand that depends on cons. If Mika has C3, he's better than Charlotte until she has C6. But below C3, Charlotte is better. So C6 Charlotte > C3 Mika > C1-5 Charlotte.
Personally I have a C6 Charlotte and a C0 Mika, so the question is very easy lol.
This is 1 of 2 or 3 guides I've seen from content creators I actually enjoy watching about this character. Wonder why not as many people are covering this 4 star unit

As far as my "testing" goes, Ganyu and Furina on their own is already a pretty damn good morgana team. Adding more units to them is just a bonus. Charlotte and Zhongli are the 2 I go with, as the Ganyu Zhongli pair is what I generally go to as my usual pair for anything, and Furina isn't built yet. Even my Charlotte is only level 79, I didn't pre-farm enough materials for her last ascension, I'd need like 4 or so more runs against that boss. But I'd rather spend my resing on the Furina ascension materials, for now at least. Once she's at least 70/80 at least, I might just spend a day on the remaining Charlotte materials.
Than again, back to the comparision. The units that have similar roles are:
Charlotte (duh, she's what we compare to), Diona, Layla, Mika, (Qiqi)
pros:
Charlotte: insane heals, uncomfortable energy issues.
Diona: pretty decent shields, and when they're not enough (which is pretty rare) she can also heal
Layla: insane shields (when properly built, with a high enough hp, which mine lacks)
Mika: decent heals, and some buffs.
Qiqi: insane heals, insane energy issues.
Whatever woks best on your team might be team / build /playstyle dependent, choose based on personal preference.
My 1 and only issue with Charlotte is, that her skill is not a heal, so she's reliant on energy recharge for her healing to actually work. Unlike Furina. But Furina's heals I can't really test to the best of her ability as of yet, since I lack a tonof her ascension materials. Both the new flower, and the boss mats.

i don't have any healers except kuki and barbara so I am happy that at least I got a healer while pulling for furina

I got C0 Charlotte when I pulled for Furina, and I liked her playstyle in her test run. Will definitely build her after Furina.
I have both too but I'm building Charlotte first ha. That way I have a far more playable Furina when she is ready.

I'm using physical yelan, raiden, furina and Charlotte. So much fun, plus i get to see Yelan's cool attack animations and watch her delete everything lol
Now that furinas out I think most of the future healers that are released are gonna have some form of whole party healing
I really wanted Charlotte to be a good co op unit, but even with the lower ER requirements in co op, it's still pretty difficult to use her successfully, especially assuming the worst case scenario where people are new to the boss mechanics.

@@JelloImpact yes sir, but that is just to include physical damage, however it says dmg dealt, just as lion's roar for example (nevermind just found out mihoyos lazy and they call elemental&physical damage as DMG increasement or DMG dealt instead of the detailed form. what a slap knowing 4 thundersoother increases elemental and physical dmg in sneaky way. lol they could just explain it better)

I'm probably going to try for her C1 so that I can run her in co-op easier (the people I play with are a bit chaotic and directionally challenged, plus cryo resonance with Wriothesley)

I think she's really good to pair with another cryo character like Kaeya, since kaeya skill and burst are very short, he can battery charlotte, you can focus other stats on charlotte like ATK for more heals if you use furina in the team too and TToDS catalyst
Currently running her with 2pc Emblem 2pc Clam, Fav Codex, ER/ATK/Healing Bonus. 30 CR/80 CD - 271 ER and I can easily run her as a solo cryo without ER issues. Loving using her! ❤

Overall, I think she's kind of like Lynette. She's a solid four star, but still a four star.
The big heal is good, but comes from a 20s cooldown burst, so that means 80 energy cost. Beyond that, outside of, say, freeze teams, she brings very little to the team. Those two combined pretty much she'll see very little use on a developed account outside of freeze and Furina teams (and for this, mostly for the Jean-less). For newer account, she is a big heal, but those are also the accounts that will be least able to handle her energy requirements. And sadly, her hold E feels horrible to use, takes too long to charge for what it does, so it might as well not exist. Which will reduce the number of people playing her just for the fun of it.

Jean: "Hold my Aquila Favonia,"
Burst full party heal, healing circle, high energy requirements, atk scaling heals...
So, she's basically a cryo Jean.

I got Furina before getting a single copy of Charlotte and am saving the rest of my wishes for Nahida's rerun so I wish I would have gotten at least one Charlotte. She seems so good for Furina teams.
Its fine, really! Jean, Barbara, Yaoyao, Kokomi, Mika and to some degree Qiqi can all do well!
@@Nyoomster yeah my Jean and Qiqi have been pretty good with Furina so far. Barbara would definitely work as well but mine isn't built unfortunately. Also I unfortunately don't have Yaoyao and Mika but I do have Noelle and need to build and try her out.
I built her with ATK/ATK/Healing bonus, 2Pc ATK, 2Pc Emblem, R5 Oathsworn eye, 179 ER (without accounting Oathsworn eye passive) C4, and although she heals SOOOO MUCH she still has some mild energy problems! But she's close to bursting after a long tap and at most around 2 Skill casts she's ready to burst

It's rare to see that they put unit that can work with a 5 star they present in the banner. The problem with furina is that you don't really want to spend field time on a healer because you don't want to waste the damage buff uptime. A lot of units have wide heal team but not a lot of them actually do wide heal team with a snap heal and most require you to be on field to do the healing, even kokomi, hence wasting the damage buff uptime. So far we only get Jean and charlotte as a universal unit and not a niche one to work with furina. So if you don't have jean, charlotte could be your only option, maybe until they present another BiS healer for Furina, which btw, contain these condition: Team wide snap heal, Hydro, Can be Battery. So until such unit exist we kinda only have Jean and Charlotte to work with.
Barbara's ult is also a full teamwide heal without needing field time afterward. So does Baizhu with his E, which is why he's running with Furina too lol.
@@skeletonwar4445 Baizhu is fine, but you're kinda locked into a team that work with dendro. Barbara heal is a team wide snap heal, but she's having ER problem, you can build her 230% ER and still can't get her heal up back in time almost all the time. My point here is a universal healer. That's why I said the best kind would be a hydro for resonance, can do Battery for furina, and also can snap heal to not taking field time. Even anemo healer is not good enough because then you still have to use another hydro as battery, potentially wasting another damage slot, xingqiu and yelan do damage too but if you build them as a battery for furina their damage will be lower. Hence why having a healer can do battery is a better BiS.
Dionas healing has a glaring problem, she throws the healing spot so a random enemy, and depending on enemy it may be out of bounds

Probably just overlooked it. Easy to do when it is an event weapon, and most of those don't warrant a second glance.
I have tenacity on her and roided up her ER and Attack as much as I can, also my fav codex is only at lvl 20 since I never use it for anyone and I don't have mats so I use oathsworn eye on her instead which actually works out fine since it give a lot of attack and ER

Morgana is strong as heck! I use Mona as the team battery and NO energy issues (: my Mona has over 250+ ER❤️
ATK and ER is a priority especially her healing is the best so far
I couldn't wait for Charlotte as after learning about the elemental skill I knew I couldn't wait to use her with Neuvillette.
So far it's a hoot to blast them while they tick away being frozen and with that I wasn't then to concerned about the energy cost for the burst.
With baizhu on the banner im going for C1 to get that extra heal skill and passive heal sprite and combine that with Charlotte and Kuki or Furina

Did you test her on Oathsworn Eye? I haven't built her yet since I'm focusing on Furina first, but I was kinda hoping that weapon could finally find a home. Looking at it I feel like it should be a competitive option to Fav, at least for her own energy. You also don't need to worry about crit rate. I'll likely also run her on 2pc/2pc, I can't see myself getting enough ER on a 4* set like exile or instructor. I'm also not the guy to constantly switch sets on characters to fit their teams. I imagine she works well as a deepwood holder, tenacity bot, noblesse etc but it restricts her teams if you want to just stay on one set.

Mine's only half built (I forgot to prefarm more for her and had to work late yesterday), but it's proving itself nicely with what I have messed around with.
Tho I'm still debating what the heck to put on her artifact wise. My resources are low at the moment so she's wearing a 2pc atk and 2pc skill boost.
@@amandaslough125 I think her healing is sufficiently strong that the healing sets aren't worthwhile, and her attacks are weak, as is to be expected from a non-DPS four star so DPS focused set are out. That pretty much leaves 2 piece Emblem + 2 pc atk% on one hand, and Noblesse on the other. Tenacity will also work, with a 12s cooldown, 6s duration on her tap E, plus the 3s duration on Tenacity, going a decent amount of coverage, provide you use her E quickly enough. Basically have to look at the team and your rotation as to which is the better fit.
That said, I think 4.3 will change what her BiS set is, at least for certain teams (like those with Furina in it). So I would not advise going out of your way to farm things for her currently.
C6 Shenhe driver? It's the only thing I would build her for if I do build her.
i play furina both mika and charlotte on team and ayato for his long burst for freeze i got 3 stars in every chamber in this abyss with this team as f2p with no 5 star wp
My Charlotte is running an HP% goblet because it has 20% ER
I have her at c4 and it always feels like she doesnt have enough er, i have her at 220% er (close to what you have) and sometimes she still doesnt have her burst ready, her healing is good though, when she gets the energy she needs though she's pretty great at what she does.

I tested c1 ganyu, c0 furina, c3 charlotte, and c2 kazuha the team works very well i used to play c6 diona instead of charlotte and c3 mona instead of furina

she could break mono cryo ayaka teams. because there would be so much particle generation in the first place that she can run ttds. before her you wouldve had to slot in sucrose to the team for ttds but her em buff is wasted. now you can run ayaka/shenhe/charlotte and kazuha

It is just that Hydro is so much more important than Cryo, if you are using Barbara for healing then there is no need to switch to Charlotte.
Barbara has way more energy issues though and also gets you annoyingly frozen all the time.

Having a hard time deciding if I should build my C6 Charlotte or c1 Jean for my Neuv+Furina team.
Jean is better, she can run VV to swirl elem atks for bonus dmg, in addition to the healing she provides.

Without Kazuha the choice its easy.
If your Neuv is well built and deletes trash mobs like they're nothing, I'd probably go with the Jean option.
On the other hand, if trash mobs give you trouble,then the combo of freeze and grouping would lend itself toward CharKaz.

you don't really need her if you have bennett in the team, it's better to use zhongli for shield and res shred
