Skiddaw Little Man, Skiddaw, and Carl Side

Challenging hike with my good mate, Richard, aka, Dicky. So we got up early to go and complete 3 Wainwrights, Skiddaw Little Man, Skiddaw, and Carl Side. The elements were challenging for us, but it was a good hike with stunning views. I would recommend this trail for an intermediate hiker, and hopefully, you get better weather than us. Rock piles aka Cairns

Ahh, thank you. I didn't realise they are called cairns also, I thought they were just stone path markers for hikers to use as a navigation aid in bad weather. I thought cairns were just the circular walled structures that you can take shelter in. Every day is a school day 👍 thanks again, because I totally forgot to google that 😅
