Great video! What would you consider being financially ready for marriage ?
Men have a responsibility to provide, but that doesn’t mean you have to be prosperous when you get married. Can basic needs be met?
Marriage done right, will actually increase your earning potential because you grow in the areas of leadership, emotional intelligence, and the ability to relate and connect.
I wouldn’t hold off on marriage just because you don’t have a house or your debt paid off.

@@dustin_and_megan Overall I agree! What are yalls thoughts on savings and if a man should have a certain amount already saved up prior to dating?
Again, the lady will probably be the evaluator to a degree.
However, ladies will pick a resourceful man over a man who has means but is not resourceful.

We recently had the opportunity to speak at a youth group. This is what we shared, and wish we had heard when we were in high school. We hope this helps the Christian conversation around dating.
