    Great webinar! learned a lot from it!
    P.S. Don't take what I'm about to write next too seriously, I have OCD. Maybe it's not a big deal.
    So, my close friend used to have speech disfluency, and I've noticed how it impacts the value of his words in public. When he learned to speak more smoothly, and instead of sounds like" uh, um" was just pausing, he completely transformed into another person. You have it too, and I'm not sure if you notice it.

    newbie here, thanks for the great job you are doing. i wanted to ask: what documents do you ask from a client when doing an exterior and interior visualization for them? floor plan? what else? and what should a good floor plan contain

    • @VizAcademyUK
      @VizAcademyUK  3 года назад +4

      Hello thank you for asking: Typically clients these days will have some form of primitive 3D model to share, but there are cases where you will be bound to work with only scans. You don't really need much for 3D visual other than essential dimensions, some finer details if needed.
      You need to have a good understanding of the products they want you to use and what the goal is. You don't start by building the scene to see what the visual will look like, you have to plan that with your client ahead to avoid wasting time. Reference images or former work will be essential at that time.
      We help our students build their portfolios in order to give them better tools to start their own career.
      Regards,
      VizAcademy
