It was above the waist, its a pen in any league on earth. there was no card because you cannot retro a yellow on a VAR check. Did he try to do it , hell no, but when they hell has that ever mattered.
where is the handball replay at the end? plus should of been a red with the pen on the first VAR review another horror show from drew fischer the worst ref in mls and that is by a mile fire him asap he is a clown and doesnt know the rules. not a serious league with these easy calls missed
