Good idea VBA but hard to implement. Perhaps it is intended for Second dwellings to be built on 1 acre blocks on relatively flat land. Would love to know how many Second dwellings have been built in Victoria and the size of the land since the implementation of NCC 2022. Do keep records and happy to be proved wrong. Next time, engage an Architect to guide you.

could you have a small second house with the planning exemption on an allotment with an existing rooming house ?
